“impressive design and effortless onboarding”
Pros
We're really impressed with this platform from the product itself (some of the best design I've seen) to the feature set and the onboarding felt effortless. We actually tried Rippling before and that turned out to be a mistake after several months of getting set up there we were left frustrated with a system that felt broken and unreliable.
Cons
No issues have arisen and I see that the team is actively rolling out new features

“automation improves HR operations”
Pros
For our company this solution has totally transformed how we run HR operations. The interface is remarkably simple which makes it feasible for our whole team to move around the system and get tasks done faster. The automation tools have honestly been a lifesaver, they align workflows and free up a lot of the time we used to spend on tedious administrative work. I rely on it for a huge range of HR activities, from onboarding new employees and managing absences to keeping track of performance reviews. The people behind the product are fantastic as well, they respond quickly, know their stuff and are always happy to help when we throw them unusual customization asks. They follow up with detailed attention and keep releasing updates that add features and improvements so it's clear the developers listen to customers and refine the platform to match our needs.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything negative. Ehenever we've had a problem or asked for changes they reply immediately and are continuously enhancing the platform.

“Powerful HR analytics”
Pros
I think this HRIS stands out as the best I've ever used. The user experience is top-tier, it's simple, clean and clearly designed with real people in mind which mattered a lot for our younger workforce. People pick it up quickly so we've greatly reduced training time. What really impresses me are the data capabilities, the real-time insights and analytics make answering questions and producing reports fast so I don't have to open Power BI all the time. The Tables feature has been especially helpful for me and our Finance team when we're handling compensation reviews. On top of that, the support team consistently goes the extra mile to help which feels like a refreshing change from the long ticket queues I've had to deal with from other vendors.
Cons
I have no real complaints. This is an excellent system supported by a remarkably helpful team that actively seeks customer feedback and actually incorporates those suggestions into their roadmap so I feel heard and confident the product will continue to improve.

“User friendly yet great HR tool”
Pros
One of the things I appreciate is that it's an HR platform that's incredibly simple while still offering immense power and flexibility. So many HR systems end up being either dumbed-down or massively capable but toughly complicated to operate, in my experience this product manages to be both user-friendly and great, with a clear emphasis on data and managing that data effectively. The team consistently welcomes our feedback and have an ambitious roadmap aimed at scaling companies. We began using it when we were roughly 200 people and it continues to be the backbone of our people data as we near 1,000 employees and beyond.
Cons
Like with any HRIS there are a handful of features I wish existed now that haven't been built yet though none of them are deal-breakers. The product team actively asks for our input, regularly checks what we're trying to solve and invites us into design reviews so they can validate the use cases we rely on as they iterate the platform.

“fast reporting with tables”
Pros
I've found this HRIS to be the most simple system I've ever used. Everything is out in the open, no hidden menus so I can make quick updates and pull reports in seconds. The "Tables" feature is one of my absolute favourites on the platform and makes working with data feel effortless.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints about this tool. That said, I'd like to see more integrations added and a fully featured AI capability down the road that could handle both customised company information and broader compliance guidance so employees can self-serve more effectively.

“Support boosts productivity”
Pros
Using the platform every day for over a year, I have become much faster at my work. The customer success team has been amazing, whenever I email Matt for help, I get quick step-by-step guidance and useful tips and I find the whole experience enjoyable.
Cons
As with any HRIS adjusting to the constantly shifting demands of the HR space there are certain features that could use further development. That said the team welcomes our input and I regularly see the suggestions we share get implemented promptly and efficiently.

Pros
At my company I would recommend it to anyone trying to simplify People Ops tasks. Staff can move around the system, request time off and upload documents without confusion and I also like the Slack notifications for birthdays, new hires and announcements. Florencia guided our rollout calmly and the support team is always fast and polite so I save a lot of time.
Cons
I'd like more integrations such as with Remote and it would also be great to show the cities where people work from (temporarily).

Pros
For me it works as a central hub that stores both HR and company information I can trust. The AI answers common questions using our data which lightens my workload and helps onboarding and offboarding run smoothly. I especially enjoy the events and "who's away" sections because I stay updated on team activities.
Cons
In my experience I would really appreciate a dedicated area that shows who is physically in the office and who is working from home. We have several team members on flexible schedules and I don't always know who will be in the office on any given day. Having a clear WFH vs. in-office view would help me plan meetings, desk allocations and day-to-day coordination much more easily.

Pros
Across our team we manage fields, reports, absences and documents without much trouble. The Tables feature became something I use daily and I get quick support replies with clear answers. Niall even sorted out messy data from our old HRIS and I got solutions whenever needed.
Cons
I'd appreciate greater flexibility to pick which fields appear on the profile page, for example, I would prefer to shift some items currently on the employment tab onto the profile. However our account manager recently demonstrated a handy workaround that really helped so this is a very small issue at this point.

Pros
In my day-to-day People work this tool has become essential. The tables help me find missing entries and do bulk edits so I save time and I appreciate the clean look plus frequent updates with new features.
Cons
Looking ahead I want to see more automation especially wider integrations (for example with Remote) along with stronger AI capabilities. I'd also love to see further development on Headcount and Compensation features.

Pros
From my perspective it keeps HR tasks simple and organized without making things hard. I can pull reports or insights easily, connect other tools when needed and I get fast support from setup to daily use so I save time often.
Cons
I realize they're still a fairly new platform so there are a few features I would like that either aren't available yet or are still in development from my perspective these have mostly been minor items like certain field types or additional views for company events. Despite those small gaps the team moves fast on new features and is very open to suggestions so I feel confident that requests get attention and improvements arrive quickly. Overall it's a small trade-off for how great the core product is.

Within our organization employees use it fully because the design is clear. We automated many processes especially onboarding and I removed some older systems after moving to it.
Cons
There are a handful of features I wish were present now that would really help, like the ability to attach files to automated emails because at the moment we can't use that functionality without it. There are several other small, related features that I expect will be added in upcoming releases.

To me it feels like a fresh competitor to older HR tools. Employees find what they need quickly, updates keep coming with modern automation features and I received helpful and responsive support during implementation.
Cons
We're aware that some key features aren't live yet the vendor has assured us those are in active development and will arrive soon. We accepted this trade-off when we signed up, knowing it wasn't the HRIS with the largest feature set out of the box. As a fellow startup, we were prepared to grow alongside the product and invest in the partnership. From what we've seen, the team is committed to delivering those capabilities and I have confidence in their development roadmap and follow-through.

In my experience the platform welcomes feedback and keeps us informed about updates and roadmap plans. Integrations run smoothly and I find the table feature and compensation planning very useful for our team.
Cons
Since the platform is still fairly new there are a few features we'd like to see added but I'm realistic that improvements will arrive over time. We've shared feedback about reporting and payroll issues and they're currently working on those concerns.

Pros
Since starting last December our staff adjusted quickly even during a busy leave period. I like having records, absences, policies and documents all in one place and I improved our setup over time with Niall's HR knowledge.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about only a few minor adjustments were needed and many of those have been addressed by recent updates such as adding approval steps for holiday requests. More improvements are on the roadmap. Integrating with our payroll system is the next feature we want but it isn't available just yet.

Pros
Across the business rollout went smoothly and our team can self-serve without much help. Customization options reduced admin work for me and I always got support and guidance when needed.
Cons
It would be useful if the platform could display part-time schedules and make part-timers' working days clearer, right now it's a bit hard to reflect varied working patterns. I raised this with the team and they're aware of the need, they told me they're working on adding that capability which I appreciate.

Pros
During evaluation I was impressed by how Josh Ash and Ricky McCormack handled our questions and supported us personally. Their approach played a big role in choosing this solution and I have not regretted it.
Cons
There are a few features we'd like that aren't yet available in the system which is a limitation for us at the moment. However the vendor is actively improving the product and delivering upgrades so we believe those missing capabilities are likely to be released in future updates. It's a drawback now but I'm optimistic the gaps will be addressed as the tool continues to evolve.
