“Simplifies and streamlines recruiting workflow
Pros
Humanly has made our recruiting workflow much simpler and easier. Also it works well with our initial phone screenings instead of replacing them. And the tool replies to candidates quickly, which I like. It even handles our large, 24/7 pipeline well. In short I have not had any major issues, and minor ones are resolved quickly. I can also sync my calendar with candidates who pass the screening step.
Cons
One problem I have noticed is being assigned to multiple workflows or recruiting questions that are not very specific. For instance, it is useful for filtering candidates when we are choosing between two roles but once there are more than two options, it becomes difficult to segment applicants into more than a couple of buckets. That can make it tricky to route people into the right streams when our hiring needs are more complex and it sometimes requires extra manual sorting on my part.

Pros
I really like that the chatbot has a user-friendly interface, is steadily improving its natural language processing skills and gives fast, accurate replies.
Cons
The biggest problem is that it can struggle with complex questions, making it less helpful when queries aren't simple or direct.

“good but frustrating in some parts
Pros
The interface is user friendly which makes everything easy to navigate. Plus it efficiently filters candidates and integrates smoothly with our other systems.
Cons
It is frustrating that going through candidate responses inside it is not easy and on a few occasions, the tool asked the wrong follow-up questions based on what candidates had said.

Pros
What I really like about Humanly is that it guides candidates through the initial screening, automatically books their interviews on the calendar and even sends them reminder messages before the meeting.
Cons
Well I have not come across any real downsides based on how my team uses it as it fits our needs without problems.

“Efficient scheduling but needs booking limits
Pros
Overall I have really liked how well it handles scheduling candidates and automatically placing them on my calendar. Plus it is very user friendly and simple to navigate and I end up using it every day. I have also found it easy to reach out to a support representative when I need help. On top of that, having a one on one walkthrough with a rep to go over how to use it and recommended best practices was much more helpful than trying to figure everything out by myself.
Cons
I am not the administrator, so I am not certain whether this exists already but I would really like it if it provided an option to limit bookings to half-hour blocks only. As this would make it easier for other services like Calendly or manual scheduling to coexist. Right now my calendar frequently gets stuck with Humanly interviews and that means I cannot squeeze in people I meet organically, sometimes leaving them waiting for weeks before I have an opening.

“Automatically books and collects details
Pros
To be honest I am a fan of how it collects the details I need and automatically books interviews for me.
Cons
Occasionally it glitches and my knockout questions get swapped into another recruiter's job post, which forces me to read through each submission and double-check that the candidate is truly qualified for my specific position overall.

Pros
The client service responds quickly and clearly walks me through each step. The platform also speeds up applications and fits pretty well into my daily routine.
Cons
Every now and then I notice small bugs but that's to be expected with any system, so it does not surprise me.

Pros
I am quite impressed with Humanly's customer service as they're quick to respond, communicate clearly and are happy to jump on a call to help. I also love that the chat appears right in our ATS which keeps everything connected.
Cons
If there were a built-in way to look up phone numbers or candidate names directly, it would make follow-ups much easier and faster instead of forcing me to switch to another tool.

“Fun and fast chat feature for candidates
Pros
For our candidates, Humanly's chat feature makes completing applications very fast. In short it is a fun and engaging way to get through what is usually a boring process. Also it is easy to use and support responds quickly. The integration was great and quick to set up, so we started using it with little downtime.
Cons
I have not noticed any drawbacks to using this tool so far.
