Aligned My Daily Work Tasks

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is that help is always within reach, a quick phone call or email gets you immediate support. The support staff know their stuff and are sincerely invested in helping me succeed. After a bit of practice, the system clicks into place and becomes very easy.

Cons

It gets a bit annoying trying to track down instructions for specific tasks because there isn't a centralized help hub or even a search box to quickly find answers. Although the support crew is great whenever I message or call them, I'd prefer a simple help button or searchable step-by-step library so I can look things up on my own instead of having to contact support every time I want guidance on one feature.

User friendly tool with great support

Pros

Their customer support team is incredibly helpful. they literally stay on the phone with me until everything is sorted out. Over the past two years when I've run into payroll submission problems, they've responded quickly, which has been an absolute lifesaver when I'm up against tight deadlines.

Cons

I find the email support a little slow, it usually takes roughly a day to get a reply. If something's urgent, I prefer calling them because that gets things moving faster and I don't end up waiting on hold forever.

Made our work easier

Pros

Managing our workforce has become a lot simpler thanks to the system. The latest updates have made the admin dashboard far easier to get around. Their support crew is fantastic during the setup of new payroll groups and they guide you step by step and double-check so that our pay runs aren't disrupted.

Cons

Although we weren't able to set up payroll across multiple entities exactly the way we had planned, the team collaborated with us to create a workaround that fits our company's goals and functions well for those particular sites.

Easy to use and good help

Pros

I've been pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to get around this software. Since I already had background with Crystal Reports, learning to build reports felt pretty easy. Whenever I have questions and reach out, the team usually gets back to me in a reasonable amount of time.

Cons

What I really miss is having a single, dedicated contact person to turn to when I have questions. That kind of one-on-one rapport was invaluable and too often I find that getting a response can take longer than I'd like.

Simple enough to start

Pros

Being new to payroll processing, I've actually found this system pretty easy to pick up and use so far.

Cons

Without proper, hands-on training for all of its features, I keep finding it difficult to use the software effectively.

Pros

Fantastic HR software solution

Pros

support team is outstanding, they always reply to me quickly and help resolve things fast.

Cons

When I'm getting started, finding my way around the menus can be pretty tricky and it takes a while before I feel comfortable.

Easy to move around

Pros

It is simple to hop between the management area and the self-service side, moving back and forth feels natural and easy.

Cons

When I try to produce reports, it's not as simple as I'd like, and correcting timesheet mistakes can be really annoying and time-consuming.

Works well for our needs

Pros

Easy to use and learn

Pros

I truly value how easy it is to use and whenever I run into a problem, it always provides the exact guidance I'm looking for.

Cons

Lately I'm receiving far more sales calls from them than I used to get. Multiple reps call with pitches for different products, and it's been really annoying.

Good for tax time

Pros

I really like that it takes care of our payroll tax payments automatically and the follow-up emails reminding me to process payrolls are genuinely useful as well.

Cons

Sometimes, after I enter the exact hours on an employee's pay stub prior to payroll processing, those figures are gone when processing day rolls around.

Fast help on the phone

Pros

When I call, their turnaround is excellent, they reply to me with answers incredibly fast. They've even managed to resolve issues that other payroll providers insisted couldn't be fixed which really impressed me.

Cons

I honestly can't find much to complain about. the website runs smoothly and the team has been consistently helpful.

My experience with this tool

Pros

The Share & Perform module which I still call "Mojo" out of habit is the main reason I keep using this platform. I find it exceptional for coordinating employee interactions and staying on top of performance tracking, and it's honestly what makes me stick with the system.

Cons

Customer service is without a doubt, the weak link for me. Whenever I have questions that go beyond the basics of payroll, the frontline reps are unable to help, it seems most of my problems are related to Share & Perform and automatically get escalated to a "Tier 2" specialist. I end up having to open a ticket and wait several days for an email reply, and the long back-and-forth email chains are really frustrating because there's no way to actually speak to those higher-tier people by phone.
