Pros
The support team really stands out. whenever I call, they sort out any issue right away without dragging things out. Also, the portal's design is very user-friendly and it didn't take me long at all to get comfortable using everything.
Cons
It's a little annoying that I now have to phone in for special payroll approvals instead of doing them myself, because it slows things down, but I do get that this extra step is meant to strengthen security.

Pros
Using this payroll service has made processing payroll easy and cuts down the hours I used to spend every month. The recent mobile app update has completely changed how I work. now I can take care of almost everything from my phone which is super handy when I'm out of the office. On the downside, the reporting tools could be strengthened and sometimes it slows noticeably during busy periods. Overall, solid payroll functionality paired with excellent mobile capabilities.
Cons
Its really annoying to get in touch with the correct contact. they repeatedly email members of our team who aren't authorized to use the platform, which creates confusion and extra work for us.

I've found the support team to be really responsive and genuinely helpful, they reply quickly whenever I reach out. The software itself is also pretty easy to get around and use on a daily basis.
Cons
For me, the menu layout feels clunky and could be made much more simple. it isn't as easy to use as I'd like.

Honestly, I've been really impressed by how much automation we've introduced into our everyday workflows. it takes care of everything from advertising open positions and handling recruitment to logging employee hours and overseeing exits. whether someone leaves on their own or is let go. What I particularly value is the sense of assurance and protection it brings to HR tasks through a range of self-service features that simplify and enhance these workflows.
Cons
Price-wise, this solution can feel quite expensive and that sticker shock was hard for me to accept at first. I do understand that something this sophisticated carries costs for the added security and convenience it delivers. Still, my biggest annoyance is the inability to produce several pay stubs in one go. when you only need them occasionally, having to generate each stub separately becomes really cumbersome.

To me, this is an all-in-one administrative center that helps me connect with coworkers on a variety of levels. everything from professional development and training to shared personal interests and hobbies. That kind of engagement makes people feel like they belong, improves teamwork and genuinely builds lasting loyalty throughout the organization.
Cons
I haven't faced any major problems using it. The interface does get refreshed from time to time since we began, and because our team isn't super tech-savvy those updates sometimes add a few extra obstacles for us. but we've managed to adapt and move past them.

I've found it very convenient to have everything consolidated in one place. time and attendance, recruiting, applicant tracking, onboarding, tax documents, pay stubs, W-2s, performance reviews through Mojo and many other features all integrated together simplely. It really cuts down on juggling multiple systems and makes managing HR and payroll tasks much smoother.
Cons
I do think there are still a few features they need to add to remain competitive with other platforms. That said, I've noticed they've made substantial progress over the past couple of years and continue to enhance the system on a regular basis. Whenever I encounter problems, the team is receptive to my feedback and works with me to find practical workarounds.

Picking this up was really simple because the interface is so interactive and I got comfortable with it quickly. The performance is very fast. I almost never notice any lag or slowdowns. What I love most is phone support, when I call, I'm never kept on hold which is amazing.
Cons
sometimes they release updates thinking they'll fix things, but in practice they can break workflows. For example, recently when a salaried employee joins in the middle of a pay period and I don't catch it, the system pays them for the whole pay cycle instead of only the days they actually worked.

After spending some time with the app, I'm finally comfortable getting around and locating the features I need easily.
Cons
Finding things in this app is genuinely frustrating because the interface is all over the place and key options are hidden in odd spots. I've been left to figure most of it out on my own with virtually no assistance. I emailed support weeks ago and even after a follow-up I still haven't received a response. At this stage I've more or less stopped waiting for help, I expect we'll either figure out the quirks in time or just get used to the messy setup.

The training materials at iSolved University cover the majority of my questions really well and if I require additional assistance, it's simple for me to contact support by phone or email.
Cons

Bringing new hires onboard has gotten a lot simpler, now they can add themselves to our system so we don't have to spend hours during orientation. The self-service tools allow coworkers to update their own personal details, which frees up a huge amount of our time. We've also automated our 401(k) adjustments and contributions and the reporting functionality does a solid job supporting our Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) requirements. None of these improvements would be effective without dependable customer service and Brian, our assigned representative has been outstanding, consistently accurate, fast to reply and genuinely helpful.
Cons
The reporting side of the product is confusing at the moment. When I try to build custom reports it ends up being way more complicated than you'd expect and the whole Client Reports area could definitely use simplification. I'm really hoping the team improves usability so creating and customizing reports is more simple and less time-consuming for our team.

The people I've spoken with know their stuff and come prepared with solutions. Those chats frequently prompt follow-up questions that actually teach me more about how the system works, which I appreciate.
Cons
The search tool feels pretty constrained, typing a phrase doesn't reliably pull up related material which can be frustrating. When that happened I reached out to customer service and Cindy was incredibly helpful. she walked me through it and emailed an instruction sheet so I had step-by-step guidance to follow.

It is really convenient to manage a variety of HR responsibilities through a single vendor rather than switching between several different systems. Their customer support has also been outstanding, both our assigned rep and the wider help team respond quickly and are helpful whenever I contact them.
Cons
Keeping track of different usernames and passwords for every platform has become really tiresome. I wish there were a single sign-on feature that would let me pick between People Cloud, ESS, isolved Hire, FMLA/LOA and COBRA all from one unified menu.

Because our business runs in three different states, their guidance has been critical for setting up FMLA and sick pay properly so I don't have to worry about gaps. They also supply labor-law poster materials and I appreciate that employees can manage things like direct deposit and tax details on their own through the online portal whenever they need to.
Cons
I find it frustrating that getting hold of my dedicated customer service rep who actually understands our account can be difficult, and I also run into the login system glitching at times without any clear error messages to tell me what's wrong.

The price point seems high to me and the sales reps turn on the pressure the second I show any curiosity about their offerings. It becomes uncomfortable fast. Also, the layout of the product is far from simple, it comes across clunky and unnecessarily complex for what this type of service should be. When I've asked for assistance, they tend to point me in a general direction but don't actually take me step-by-step to locate features. In one case I was basically told to 'try running these reports and see if that works for you,' which left me feeling a bit abandoned.
