This platform is easily adjusted or implemented to meet the customers/companies needs, not a template for the customer to fit into. The system is a single database, so information is seamless from the hire of an employee. There is a lot of customization available for a company that may have different time needs or accrual needs for different groups of employees and can accommodate job costing for companies in multiple states as well as certified payrolls.

Easy to use & intuitive; able to manage simple to some complex payroll needs; offers ATS, LMS, GL, and a slew of other integration options; clean mobile ESS UI; constant releases to stay up to date on, or ahead of, industry standards.
Cons
Would love to see better reporting options at both the individual client/end-user and system admin levels (report building that can merge multiple tables, or create percentage-based outputs using overall totals in report not just individual line detail), as well as more dashboards that can be customized for end-user use.

In my experience with the iSolved product I have found the system very easy to use. I appreciate the university that houses all the information for the different applications that a person can access and research to make sure you are using the programming effectively. I do like the adaptability of the system to add different platforms as needed to help manage the business. The new APP is a great improvement over the previous version and the employees are finding it easy to use and appreciate the functionality.
Cons
With the cafeteria style programming it can get expensive when every tool or request seems to be an additional charge. The only other concern I have is the response time from support. They always do respond and are very helpful in solving issues. The lag time in response is my only concern.

I'm really thankful for how streamlined the payroll administration and timekeeping system are. It's incredibly convenient for supervisors and managers. Also, the Share and Perform system are great additions for performance monitoring and customized training.

In my experience with the iSolved product I have found the system very easy to use. I appreciate the university that houses all the information for the different applications that a person can access and research to make sure you are using the programming effectively. I do like the adaptability of the system to add different platforms as needed to help manage the business. The new APP is a great improvement over the previous version and the employees are finding it easy to use and appreciate the functionality.
Cons
With the cafeteria style programming it can get expensive when every tool or request seems to be an additional charge. The only other concern I have is the response time from support. They always do respond and are very helpful in solving issues. The lag time in response is my only concern.
