Online accessibility is a positive feature, and though it demands some time and effort, it remains relatively easy to use.

Cons

Customer service typically takes a day or several hours. Immediate chat isn't available, but they always respond. The formatted timesheets were a hassle; once I figured them out, I adjusted my needs to match the display. I am unsure how accurate the location boundary is for punching in and out. For instance, I am not sure if someone could drive in front of the office, punch in, and then leave until they return for their punch-out.

Pros

Adoption of Jibble a few months ago has significantly improved work monitoring and organization. The tool has been spectacular in helping better estimate software development times and enhance task organization.

I liked absolutely everything; I think nothing should be changed, only improved and very little.

Despite indicating integration with Paychex, it failed to work for us with our Paychex team during the period when we had hourly employees.
