Jibble Review

Pros

Simple time tracking on the free plan

Pros

I love how simple it is to track my time, just quick clock in and out. I'm on the free plan which only lets me log daily hours but the paid version would let me track time per project which would be amazing for billing. Everything uses easy dropdown menus that make it super fast.

Cons

I have not found any real issues so far, though I'm just using the free version so I'm only getting the basic features. Hard to say if there are problems with the full version since I havent tried it yet.

easy time management but needs a break feature

Pros

I've been using this time tracking app for a while now and the interface is user-friendly and simple. Managing my remote team's productivity and working hours has become so much simpler, everything's consolidated in one place without needing multiple tracking tools. The process is as simple as clicking "Jibble In" to start the clock and "Jibble Out" to stop it. Honestly, it's a fantastic tool that makes time management effortless.

Cons

The main issue I have is that when you click "Jibble In" or "Jibble Out," it just logs you on and off the platform. I really think there should be a "Jibble Break" option for when someone needs to take a break during their shift.

smooth daily use, limited project control

Pros

I find this software really easy to use whether I'm using it through the web browser or the mobile app. Setting up projects and project numbers is simple, they get added to your account and show up in a convenient dropdown menu for users to select from. The same goes for project activities, which makes organizing work much simpler.

Cons

I constantly have to ask managers or whoever handles the company account to add new projects and activities to the dropdown menus, which gets frustrating. There's no easy way to export all the logged hours from a specific project or job and that would really help with tracking hours and budgets.

Helpful tracker, needs more details

Pros

login and logout tracking system is really helpful for managing my work commitments and staying organized throughout the day.

Cons

The time tracking only shows basic login info and I really need to see hours, minutes and seconds for my records. This detail is crucial for what I do.

user friendly with slow support

Pros

I appreciate being able to download and install this free app practically anywhere, invite new team members without effort and track hours effortlessly with virtually no problems.

Great features but lacks real-time updates

Pros

I love the kiosk mode feature, we've got it set up on an iPad so our team can check in daily without any issue. The Slack integration has been incredibly handy too and we rely on the bot integration quite a bit for our workflow.

Cons

The team status doesn't update in real time, so I find myself constantly refreshing the dashboard page manually to see current information.

easy-to-use time tracker for staff

Pros

The app offers a really user-friendly experience and makes it easy for staff to log their hours with just a button press. What I love is how employees can track time even when they're off-site with clients which helps our payroll team get accurate records every time.

Cons

I think there's a security issue with letting anyone modify their own time entries after they've already been submitted. This kind of access should really be restricted to administrators only to maintain the integrity of the timesheet data.

Simple to use, could be smarter

Pros

honestly, the simplicity really stands out and our team picked it up without any hassle. Since we were already using MS Teams, being able to jibble in and out directly from there made the transition seamless.

Cons

The In and OUT feature could be smarter and I'd love it if logging "IN" for lunch automatically created an "OUT" for office time. Right now when I leave for lunch, I have to manually handle both actions instead of it being smooth.

Perfect until someone forgets to clock out

Pros

I find this really simple and user-friendly for tracking when my team clocks in and out, especially when everyone's working from home. The time management features are simple to use and dont require much training.

Cons

When an employee forgets to clock out one day and clocks in the next, the time calculations can be inconsistent. The system doesn't manage these scenarios as well as it could.

Easy weekly tracking, buggy app

Pros

I can easily monitor my weekly hours and quickly spot when I've put in extra time beyond my regular schedule.

Cons

The mobile app has a tendency to crash on me, forcing me to go through the hassle of uninstalling and reinstalling it each time.

Perfectly user-friendly and feature-rich

Pros

The interface is very friendly, I was up and running without any training needed. I can track my time and attendance effortlessly, plus it automatically creates timesheets which saves me tons of work. The activity and project tracking features are solid and generating invoices is easy. The reporting and payroll management tools cover everything I need. What really impressed me is how flexible the access options are and my team can clock in through their browsers, Slack or the mobile apps on iOS and Android. Having it available as both cloud and SaaS means we can access it from anywhere.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this tool. the preformance has been solid and the interface looks good. Since we got it up and running, we haven't run into any real issues.

great team tracking

Pros

I cany track what everyone on my team is working on each week and see exactly how much time each person spends on specific tasks. The reporting features make it simple to monitor productivity and understand where our resources are being allocated.

Cons

Pros

UI is incredibly user-friendly with bright colors that create a pleasant visual experience. Setting up user groups and establishing work methodologies is simple, whether you're using mobile or desktop equipment. What really stands out is how it optimizes follow-ups, attendance monitoring, and time tracking for our team which makes payroll processing much smoother. It's essentially a multipurpose solution that handles attendance records, work hours, invoicing and team productivity all in one place. This tool genuinely streamlines HR management when it comes to tracking and monitoring attendance, though I'd love to see the system generate alerts for things like upcoming holidays or medical leave.

Cons

I wish it would send me alerts or notifications ahead of time for things like upcoming holidays, medical leave or other important dates. That would make planning so much easier.

budget-friendly cloud upgrade from punch cards

Pros

I got rid of our old punch card system and manual hour calculations for part-time cafe staff now I can track everyone's hours in real-time through the cloud which is incredibly convenient. Setting up the iPad Pro in kiosk mode means staff can only clock in from that one device, keeping things organized. The pricing is really attractive too and fits our budget well.

Cons

We occasionally run into an issue where the server goes offline and doesn't sync our staff data properly. A fix for that really needs to be rolled out to everyone. The geolocation feature could also be more reliable. On top of that, I'd love to see individual scheduling capabilities added. For administrators running roster-based businesses, being able to input schedules for each team member would be a huge help it would cut down on even more manual payroll and HR work.

Simple clock-ins
