“BEST customer support!
Pros
We were dealing with some latency problems and when I contacted their support team through email, I was really impressed by how professional and genuinely helpful they were. Even after we tried troubleshooting and adjusting various settings without success, I figured we'd hit a dead end. But then, almost like magic an app update dropped the very next day that completely resolved our problem! I can't say for certain if they developed that fix specifically for our situation but it definitely felt that way.
Cons
The app started getting pretty slow after using it for a while but when we contacted support they sorted it out fast. Can't complain about there customer service at all.

Pros
Interface is very easy to use and I can find everything without hunting around for features. Navigation feels natural and logical.
Cons

Pros
I love the GPS tracking feature, it makes location management so much easier. The task tagging system helps me stay organized and the reporting capabilities give me all the insights I need. The mobile app is pretty friendly too.
Cons
We'd appreciate the addition of geolocation tracking (latitude/longitude) with map visualization to monitor the locations of clock-in and clock-out events.

“smooth and integrable for team tracking
Pros
The app works on all my devices and has a really smooth interface. I can monitor time for both big and small teams across various activities, whether they're working for different clients or on separate projects. The Slack integration and mobile apps make everything quick and convenient to use.
Cons
The reporting feature is very disappointing and takes forever to load. I would love to see geofencing added as an option.

“effortlessly user-friendly across devices
Pros
Its very user friendly and switching between desktop and mobile feels effortless. We needed something for time tracking that would work with our flexible workforce and this has been perfect for that purpose.
Cons
I have not found much to complain about yet. It would be nice if you could fix incorrect time punches through the app instead of having to use the desktop version.

“Excellent automated tracking for field teams
Pros
love how employees can't mess with their timesheets since the system automatically captures location, time and date when they clock in. Same thing happens when they clock out. For our sales team and contractors working in the field, this gives me excellent visibility into what everyone's up to throughout the day.
Cons
Occasionally I run into some glitches that prevent me from clocking in or out and there are times when the app crashes completely, leaving me unable to track my time. Other than that, I dont have any major complaints since the system is really simple and just tap to clock in and out and everything gets recorded automatically.

Pros
Anyone can pick it up regardless of their tech skills. Users can log in and complete their hours so easily that we've eliminated complaints about the task entirely. The accurate recording has also fostered a more equitable workplace culture.
Cons
I've had a little trouble getting the pre-fill features to work consistently, maybe I'm not using them right? One thing that would be super helpful is a quick, monthly pop up demo that walks us through the paid features. It'd be great to easily understand whats available and see if any of them could help our team in the future.

“Great reports but outdated website design
Pros
The commands are very easy and the reporting features have been a game changer for me. Ive been able to pinpoint exactly which team members were struggling with their responsibilities and develop targeted solutions. Plus, its helped me map out dependencies so we avoid those frustrating delays when one person is stuck waiting for another to finish their part.
Cons
The website's design is looking outdated compared to other tools we use. A visual makeover would significantly improve the user experience.

Pros
I love having everything in one place where my whole team can access it. Makes my job as a manager so much easier and the Slack integration is a nice bonus!
Cons
It would be helpful if we could customize the 'over 8 hours' alerts since they can feel excessive when youve simply forgotten to clock out. Maybe many of us just need better guidance on setting up notification preferences.

“quick and flexible UI for time tracking
Pros
UI is really quick and interactive which makes everything so much easier. I appreciate how flexible the time reporting is and I rely heavily on tasks since I need to break down all my time for clients.
Cons
There's this annoying one-minute wait time whenever you exit something before you can start anything new or else everything gets all mixed up and confusing.

This has been one of the best tools we've come across in the market. For hassle-free, self-sustained attendance tracking, it has added real value and brought our maintenance time way down when managing attendance at our music learning center. We also love the priority support and flawless functionalities that open up limitless new posibilities. The Slack and other integrations are awesome too. Keep up the great work!
Cons
It doesn't handle future attendance marking when someone has planned leave scheduled. Also, the reporting could really use better business intelligence features to make it more useful.

Cons

Setup process is incredibly simple and took just minutes to get everything configured. My colleagues downloaded the app and were onboarded almost instantly. After using this for about 4 months, I really appreciate how simple and direct the interface is. There's no unnecessary complexity which makes daily use effortless.
Cons
I had issues where our staff downloaded the app and created their own team instead of joining ours. These employees were checking into there personal team rather than the company one. Could've been avoided if we prevented downloads before sending proper invitations.

“An affordable, integrable and well-supported time tracker
Pros
I really love how easy this tool is for tracking time, not just through the website but with Slack, Chrome and other integrations that make my workflow much smoother. The pricing is significantly more affordable compared to alternatives like Harvest which was a huge factor for us. Deployment across our team was incredibly smooth and whenever we've run into questions or issues, the customer support team has been quick and genuinely helpful. We're definitely planning to stick with it moving forward.
Cons
A few areas could make the platform even more powerful. The Chrome extension is handy but feels a bit limited, adding more features and a search bar would make finding tasks much quicker. The reports are useful but could be more comprehensive and have a cleaner layout. Personally, Id love the ability to customize the main dashboard and track personalized metrics, like average time spent per client. That kind of flexibility would make performance tracking much more meaningful for us.

“effective but costly
Pros
Very easy to use and works smoothly across all platforms. Love that I can track PTO without any hassle. Training was minimal and my team literally got started within minutes of setup. The Excel export feature is fantastic for keeping yearly records and when someone leaves, I can easily download their data before removing them from the system. Makes employee transitions so much smoother.
Cons
The cost per person really adds up especially when you're trying to track volunteer hours for a nonprofit. It becomes way too expensive for what we need! Would love to see a discounted version for nonprofits even a stripped-down feature set would work since we dont need employee benefits. Just basic volunteer hour logging would be perfect.
