“Secure and easy to use

Pros

I love how secure this tool is.. it definitely gave me peace of mind knowing my info is safe while using the platform. That sense of protection makes the whole experience feel more trustworthy and reliable.

Cons

It does take a little while to learn all the features but honestly that's not a bad thing it just means it's a solid platform with a lot to offer.

Pros

Honestly what I like most about it is how user friendly and organized everything is. It makes dealing with payroll, benefits and HR stuff feel super easy instead of totally overwhelming. The design is clean and just makes sense so I can actually find what I need without clicking through a million menus. I also really appreciate how clear the benefits and payroll details are, it builds a lot of trust. Overall it just simplifies all the complicated HR tasks and saves me a ton of time which is huge for our growing team.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel a little less flexible if you need something really specific or customized. For some changes I have to reach out to support instead of just tweaking things myself which can slow me down a bit. The pricing is might little high if you are a smaller team especially if you are not using every single feature. They are not dealbreakers for me but definitely worth keeping in mind.

The interface is super user-friendly. It's just a clean, interactive platform that's easy for both me as an admin and for our employees to use. Plus their support team is great.

Cons

It probably lacks some of the advanced features bigger, multinational companies would need but for managing smaller teams, it's great. Also the integrations are a bit limited, there are not as many third-party options compared to some of the bigger HR platforms out there.

It is an easy platform to use. I was able to use it at a small family business I worked for and it was simple to fix mistakes when they happened.

Cons

It's automated so glitches do happen sometimes. But honestly they get resolved pretty quickly. The color scheme is a little plain though.

It's a very modern piece of software that keeps everything organized and helps us stay compliant with HR rules. It makes managing things like hiring, onboarding and paying everyone accurately so much easier. It's got the right tools to keep our workflow smooth and makes sure we are following all the admin procedures correctly.

I don't really have anything I dislike. All the tools work perfectly without errors or slow loading times for me.

“user friendly but limited tool

Pros

In my experience the platform is super easy to use and even though we are a really small company, we got amazing support from every team we talked to, tax, benefits, health, sales. It felt like white-glove service but with a product that's already very smooth.

Cons

Can't think of anything I like least to be honest. Before they didn't have support for global employees and by the time they added it, we could not switch over because there were not great local health plan options for us.

The interface is just clean and easy to use. It's interactive and self-explanatory for everyone on our team.

My only real issue is that the pricing is kind of steep for a small business like mine.

I like that it gives you a few different ways to track your work hours. And I am a big fan of the extra security layer with the two-step verification.

It can get a little confusing when it comes to submitting time-off requests making sure paid holiday hours are included correctly or when managers need to fix errors.

It is honestly the best product for startups or companies operating in multiple states that need solid benefits and features without breaking the bank.

The only thing I don't love about it is that for bigger companies or organizations that need to handle a large number of people, it's probably not the best fit.

Well I think it is very easy to use and simple to understand. There are plenty of features for HR to take advantage of and they provide the insurances, benefits and documentation too.

As simple as it is I really wish integrations and some more advanced features like a tracker were included. It would make the performance feel even better.

I had a great user experience. It's modern, easy to set up and use and simple to manage health care or take time off. While the services are limited, they are suitable for the size of the company right now.

The services are limited, and it could become harder for us to scale as the company grows.

I had a very positive experience. It offers great healthcare plans that are somewhat affordable and the general UI and payroll experience make it easy for anyone to use.

Justworks is very resourceful and has worked really well for us. It includes HR features and also serves as a payroll solution. I like that it is an all-in-one software.

The interface is mostly easy and their customer support team is usually very helpful. If they don't have an immediate answer, they'll follow up with something after taking the time to figure it out. Justworks makes managing pay, benefits and certain areas of compliance very easy.

Cons

Some aspects of Justworks administration aren't customizable, which can be a challenge when trying to implement a strategy that doesn't fully align with the Justworks standard or default.

“Why Justworks Is The Real Deal

Pros

The time tracking features are outstanding and payroll reporting is a pretty simple task with Justworks. Payroll management is also well-handled as it offers great assistance when needed.

Cons

I have not had any issues with Justworks. All features have worked perfectly fine.

I have used Justworks to handle client payments and setting it up was not a problem. It is very user-friendly and efficient.

Cons

I believe the onboarding process could use some enhancement. I did really like to have a more detailed walkthrough.
