Pros
Really love how simple the employee interface is, checking my schedule is easy and hassle free.
Cons
Adding shifts one by one is pretty tedious work for me. Would be much better if there was a way to bulk add them instead. Also wish you could export all departments together into one PDF rather than having to do each shift individually.

Pros
I appreciate being able to access all my staff information and schedules from a single place. Looking up contact details or checking employee info is really convenient when everything's centralized like this.
Cons
PTO approval process and statements run through a separate app which is frustrating for my team. Would be great if everything could be handled in one place for a more aligned experience.

scheduling organization features really work well for me and I find it quite effective for managing my daily tasks.
Cons
system randomly assigns shifts to staff members who never even requested them. For me everything except this, is perfect.

I usually don't write reviews but this one deserves it. I appreciate being able to customize it for different job sites and programs. The ability to search for staff members and create their schedules is really handy.
Cons
Lack of a chat feature is frustrating for my team and admins can't see when staff drop shifts or attempt to switch until someone actually picks it up.

This tool has been fantastic for our team. It handles shift booking easily across all 5 of our locations, managing different roles and certification levels without any issues. We've saved countless hours on payroll processing and schedule creation, publishing schedules is now so much quicker than before.
Cons
I really wish there was a built in messaging system for company announcements and team chATs. Right now we're stuck using another app which makes things pretty clunky.

“Complicated Interface and Poor Usability Experience”
Pros
Calendar layout is really clean and simple to navigate. However I'm not impressed overall and think this would work better for restaurants or retail businesses.
Cons
I find it pretty challenging to work with since it creates another thing to keep track of and basically duplicates what we already have in our spreadsheets. The interface isn't very user friendly and updating it every time there's a schedule change or call-off becomes really difficult. Having to add or delete employees from my schedule, especially when they're from different offices, is something I really don't like. While it handles regular employees okay, things get much more complicated when dealing with Mohs procedures. The shift pickup and drop feature doesn't really apply to our business, it seems more designed for restaurants or retail environments. Given that we don't use most of the features, it doesn't feel cost effective for our company. Our employees can't even access it which makes everything less efficient. I also don't appreciate having all the admins visible on the schedule display.

“Easy ADP Integration”
Pros
I love how this tool makes scheduling so easy, no more headaches trying to coordinate everyone's shifts. The ADP Enhanced Time integration is exactly what we needed and works easily. We actually looked at Hot schedules first but when we realized it didn't connect with ADP, the choice became obvious.
Cons
For me the only downside is when someone on our team previously used this tool at another company, we run into import errors and have to reach out to support to get there old email removed from the previous profile.

“Convenient shift swapping”
Pros
I'm impressed with how simple this is for my team, they can easily submit their availability and make changes when needed. The shift swapping feature is fantastic since staff can handle everything themselves and I just approve the final arrangements. The mobile app is incredibly convenient because employees swap shifts at all hours and I don't have to be tied to my computer to approve them. One feature I really appreciate is when someone requests an open shift, it automatically shows what there total hours would be if they take it on.
Cons
The only thing that bugs me is not being able to edit open shifts, you have to delete them entirely and start over which is pretty annoying.

Navigation feels simple and easy for me. The announcement feature is really handy and I appreciate being able to post shifts for others to pick up. Getting notifications directly on my phone is a nice touch too.
Cons
Would love to see color coding for shifts added. Since we move staff between different locations, having the ability for employees to swap shifts across sites would be really helpful.
