“Flawless ADP Integration”
Pros
Creating and maintaining schedules couldn't be simpler with this tool. For me the implementation process was backed by outstanding customer service every step of the way. The ADP Workforce Now integration works flawlessly and perfectly meets both organizational and management requirements.
Cons
Haven't really found any major issues so far. We did run into some hiccups when we changed our email setup but nothing too serious.

Pros
App downloads quickly which is more important than I'd think. You can set up multiple administrators or department leads and one person can handle several departments, they all appear on the calendar view. The templates are really helpful for assigning hours without hassle. Seasonal workers can mark when they're available and managers can see exactly when people can work. Everything updates in real time without any annoying delays when shifts get assigned.
Cons
Nothing here to mention and I can't really find anything to complain about, this tool handles everything we need.

“Outstanding support but Confusing ADP Login”
Pros
support I've gotten has been outstanding. Having a dedicated representative I can email directly and getting quick responses back makes everything so much more convenient and really appreciated.
Cons
ADP login setup is pretty confusing and not very simple for me.

shift requirements feature really helps me avoid overstaffing or completely forgetting about shifts when scheduling employees. Our staff absolutely loves the mobile app, it's super user friendly and lets them check schedules, update availability and swap or drop shifts without any hassle.
Cons
Mobile notifications could definitely be better. I get alerts right away when shifts are assigned or removed from my schedule which is great but there's no notification when someone posts a shift for exchange or drop. This missing feature really holds it back from being the best scheduling tool out there.

Really impressed with how this platform handles scheduling across multiple work sites, it makes everything so much simpler. The interface is simple and user friendly which I appreciate. Setting up rotations for regularly scheduled staff is incredibly easy.
Cons
I'd really like the option to post an entire rotation as one available shift period instead of having to create each individual shift separately. The admin app could use some improvements though the web version works perfectly.

Honestly I've been using this at Black Mountain GC for years and both management and staff find it incredibly user friendly. There's never any confusion with shift scheduling, requesting time off is easy and the budgeting feature has been invaluable. The system offers numerous other benefits that make operations smoother. I'd definitely recommend it to other golf courses and colleagues in the industry.
Cons
Not really a downside but I wish there was a way to download department weekly budgets as a spreadsheet instead of having to go through each week individually. Would definetly save me some time.

Okay so..... we're really happy with how simple the scheduling is. The drag-and-drop and templates save us so much time and the team finds the time clock very easy to use. Implementation was smooth and your customer support has been wonderfully reliable.
Cons
Our main struggles are with tracking time-off and payroll data. It's difficult to verify pay without a combined view of hours worked and approved time off. We also find tracking vacation accruals and locating approved time-off requests to be a manual and frustrating process.
