Pros

I love how I get notifications whenever my schedule changes. I can quickly check my upcoming shifts, get updates and even see available shifts all directly from the Dashboard. It's so much clearer, especially with the weekly summary.

Cons

As a shift worker, it's annoying that I can't choose multiple dates at once for adding availability. I have to pick each date manually which takes longer.

Employees have the ability to view their shifts in real-time, make requests for changes and receive notifications right away.

Reporting and scheduling features aren't as customizable as other options out there.

Interface is way too sensitive on my iPad, I'm constantly accidentally moving people's schedules with the slightest touch. Really need a dedicated iPad app that's less prone to these mishaps. Also getting bombarded with notifications for everyone in the company instead of just my own programs which gets overwhelming.

staff can easily drop and pick up shifts whenever I needed. Makes scheduling way more manageable for whoever's handling the calendar.

Cons

ADP integration isn't simple when I approve partial time off requests, it completely erases the entire day in the system. Even worse if someone cancels their approved vacation in ADP, it remains wiped out here and doesn't restore properly. Really inconvenient workflow.

Premade shifts feature is really convenient for me and the integration with Jonas payroll works smoothly for our workflow.

Cons

Interface can feel pretty cluttered at first glance. I think using clearer visual cues would help make things less overwhelming to navigate.

Okay, so here's my honest take� I really like how comprehensive the toolkit is and how easy everything feels to navigate. Building schedules happens incredibly quickly with all the available features plus booking time off and vacation days is simple. The whole experience has been fantastic!

The calendar sync feature is incredibly convenient, all my shifts automatically appear in my personal calendar. I really appreciate being able to duplicate recurring availability instead of entering the same information over and over. The homepage layout works well too, giving me quick access to everything I need in one place.

iOs widget disappeared after the system update which is really frustrating since it used to work perfectly. Now there's no widget option at all and I'd love to see this fixed. Both the widget functionality and the main homepage interface could use some improvements to be more user friendly on iOs devices.

I can sync my work schedule directly to my phone which keeps me organized and helps me stay on top of everything throughout the day.

scheduling system is great but it could really use a copy paste function for employee shifts, would save me tons of time when setting up similar schedules.

I wish I could copy shifts with employees from any previous week I choose not just the most recent one. It would also be helpful to have a history showing when schedules were created, posted and modified. When looking at the schedule by position, I'd prefer seeing who's assigned at a glance rather than having to click into each specific shift to find out who's working even just employee initials in the position view would help.

The way it simplifies reassigning shifts for my team is fantastic. When I get swamped with requests during busy weeks, everything flows smoothly and effortlessly.

Color scheme is pretty bland, everything looks the same across different menus and screens which makes it confusing to figure out where I am in the system.
