What I love is accurate interview transcription that I can save to a candidate's profile in my ATS so I'm not juggling note-taking while talking. Conversations feel far more natural now because I'm not splitting attention. I can also create short interview clips to send hiring managers that highlight answers to important questions. Custom summaries give me the candidate overview exactly how I need it. The transcriptions are searchable with AI help so I can ask for specific details in plain language (for example, remind me why the candidate is looking for a new job right now).

Cons

Full ATS integration would be ideal so I could automatically upload summaries and transcripts without doing it manually.

I'm amazed by how precise the conversation notes turn out to be. Even better, I can tweak them in virtually countless ways to suit my needs. The AI excels at condensing the dialogues and it's genuinely transformed the way I work, boosting my productivity in a way I hadn't expected.

There honestly isn't anything I can point to as a drawback and I notice they keep rolling out feature updates nonstop.

Pros

We've found this product really improves our ability to make fair, evidence-based hiring choices. Being able to pull up past conversations means we can confirm details instead of relying on fuzzy memories which adds a much-appreciated layer of fairness to the process. It's also surprisingly flexible, we don't just use it for interviews but for kick-off and debrief calls too so it serves a lot of purposes across the hiring lifecycle. On top of that, the product keeps getting better, recent updates like improved filters make it noticeably easier to pull insights and evaluate interview performance. The customer support is outstanding, genuinely best-in-class. Whenever we've had questions, the team replies quickly and is always helpful which makes us feel well-supported. I also love that our feedback actually gets acted on and rolled into product updates quickly, that responsiveness makes us feel like true partners in development.

Cons

Capturing internal calls with several participants can be time-consuming because I still have to tag each speaker manually and I find AI results need human review to ensure accuracy.

As a Recruiting Leader, I rely on this tool to record interview notes. The transcription and note-taking are impressively accurate and syncing with my calendar for scheduling is easy, we run G-Suite and it links easily to our ATS, Ashby. I also value how it can distill and summarize the conversation afterward and provide post-call analysis. Their support team has been responsive and they keep rolling out updates and new features to make the product better for users. I use it every day during phone screens and panel interviews, setup was extremely simple and it worked right out of the box with almost no friction.

Cons

A few small inaccuracies show up occasionally and I notice recording personal details may make some candidates hesitant so I'd like automatic masking of sensitive data.

Honestly without this tool I would dread doing interviews anymore, it's that transformative for me. For what feels like a silly, "funny money" outlay of about $20-60 a month, I get to enjoy relaxed, human conversations with candidates while barely lifting a finger, well, almost none. The chatbot literally shows up to every interview by itself (I don't have to send invites) since it pulls directly from my calendar and ties into our ATS. It captures notes, records video in 32 languages (which has saved me more times than I can count) and feels like Fireflies but specifically built and juiced up for interviewing. On top of that, it generates a super-quick analysis and a tailored report based on the criteria I set. I keep a preset report template for the hiring manager, covering salary expectations, motivation and why the candidate fits and the bot fills that in right after the call. After I toss in a few cultural/team-fit observations, I can turn that into a polished email in about 2-5 minutes. When I need follow-ups, I just ask the chatbot a question and get the answer instantly. Everything is congreatated in one place, I can run interviews from anywhere without needing a laptop or a notebook and honestly, I have no desire to go back to the old way.

The Interview Comparison tool makes it much easier to line up candidates side-by-side (particularly when hiring drags on) so we can pick out the strongest people. For the price, this tech delivers real value, it saves everyone time and lifts the overall quality of our hiring process. Honestly as someone who hires for a living, what's not to like?

Nothing to mention here and I'm really looking forward to advanced in-room recording capabilities so I can use it for face-to-face interviews as I do for remote ones.

As an agency recruiter, I've gotten huge benefit from this platform for pre-screening interviews, post-client feedback conversations and reference checks as well. I appreciate that it allows me to build templates that extract and condense the exact details I need from a call and I can also make bespoke templates using plain language prompts. I rely on the TLDR feature when preparing my candidate summaries for hiring managers. If I need to revisit anything, I can pull up other parts of the recording and I never miss elements from the conversation. I've even used the call snippet tool to share brief audio excerpts with candidates or hiring managers to validate something. After a long discussion with a candidate about the factors influencing their decision on an offer, I quickly created a template that outlined what the hiring manager should do to address each of the candidate's motivators for accepting. So, I find it really adaptable and the real wins for me are time savings, having all pertinent details available when required and being able to openly and proactively share information that can help move a hiring process forward when it might otherwise get stuck.

Cons

Setting the gender of speakers for Job Interview calls would be useful and I notice improved text formatting and a Word export tied to company templates would make sharing results much smoother.

“Acts like a second brain

Pros

Using this tool feels like having a second brain. Not only do I get to rewatch interviews whenever I need but I can also prompt the AI assistant for specific points I can't quite recall. The built-in templates help me shape the final deliverable for my reports which saves an enormous amount of time. During conversations I'm able to give my full attention to the other person without worrying about scribbling notes and appearing distracted. I genuinely enjoy working with it and have already recommended it to many colleagues and friends. It's part of my daily routine, integrates easily with all our systems and runs without hiccups. Whenever I've needed help, Customer Support has been outstanding and extremely helpful.

Cons

Occasionally I speak in my native German during conversations and while the tool handles it reasonably well, it's not flawless. Every so often the outputs are unintentionally amusing but in practice they're still usable and don't break my workflow. I've noticed continuous improvements nearly every day so the quality keeps getting better over time.

Honestly this tool has taken away the pressure I used to feel about capturing every detail during interviews. I hadn't understood how much note-taking was interrupting the flow and making my chats with candidates feel stilted. Now I don't have to over-prepare and I can jump straight into a genuine conversation. What really impresses me are the templates you can set up, they automatically sort, filter and arrange the AI-generated notes so they read cleanly whether you want short snippets or long form, paragraphs or bullet points and even grouped by topic or question. I also appreciate the option to redact sensitive bits when someone shares too much. Out of all the recruiting AI note tools I've tried, this one is the top by far and I couldn't be more pleased.

Because my team works in several languages I'd love to see better transcription accuracy for Estonian specifically as it's the one we've noticed issues with. I'm not certain how well it handles other non-English languages but improvements there would be appreciated.

Because I use this program for many of my daily tasks, it has become an indispensable tool in my workflow. To me, the app truly saves the day when I need to pull together the key takeaways from conversations with interviewees, coworkers, stakeholders and so on. It also helps me address every question I have so I can recall what happened in the session. The applications feel very intelligent.

Sometimes the phrasing in the transcripts ends up incorrect, I've noticed this happens on fewer than five percent of entries.

Smart template adjustments like that would help me focus on the most relevant insights and craft feedback that fits the role more precisely. It's a relatively small shortcoming overall but adding that level of customization would noticeably improve how I use the tool.

This tool has been an incredible asset for aligning my recruiting workflow and making everything more efficient. I really like that I can use it to capture all the details from my candidate screens, then have it create a succinct summary that draws out the most important points from the conversation so I can clearly showcase a candidate's background and experience. I don't have to spend hours trying to rework messy notes anymore because the platform does the heavy lifting for me! I also appreciate that I can go back and listen to or read the full transcribed conversation any time I need to confirm a specific detail. From my perspective every recruiter should have this in their toolkit.

Cons

Only one major issue: the tool automatically sends notes to meeting attendees when it's used for internal meetings. Not everyone on those invites has access to the platform or knows how it works so automatic emails can confuse people. I'd much prefer to write up a summary and share the notes myself rather than have the system push them out without my review.
