Pros

Thanks to the AI-driven note feature in this tool, I get a lot more done at work. Instead of scrambling to jot everything down, I can concentrate on listening and asking better questions rather than trying to capture the conversation verbatim. It also means I don't have to put another person on the call just to take notes anymore. The interface is simple and I can immediately jump to every moment in the discussion where a topic comes up. Their summary function lets me scan the main takeaways from a full hour-long meeting quickly. All of these tools combined have helped me provide insights and data to our clients much faster which speeds up their decision-making. The team behind this product proactively contacts me about new features and offers one-on-one sessions to teach better ways to use the platform.

Cons

I'd love for the product to keep rolling out minor enhancements though there isn't anything missing that kills the experience.

Pros

For me the standout feature of this tool is how it pulls actionable insights out of interviews which lets our TA team continuously refine hiring workflows and make smarter decisions informed by real-time data. I also lean on it a lot to coach recruiters and hiring managers, helping them conduct interviews that are grounded in facts rather than intuition.

Cons

It's not really something I dislike but I'm excited for additional capabilities like a wider variety of templates, guidance on prompting, help writing interview questions tailored to specific job personas and other similar enhancements that would make the tool even more useful.

“Trustworthy client-ready summaries

Pros

To be honest, I'm not getting any younger. Even though I can type north of 80 WPM, I don't always capture exactly what matters in a call. When I do catch things, my raw notes have often fallen short in the past and I end up going back through them to rewrite and translate everything into client-ready summaries, a massive time drain. Since this product is designed with recruiter workflows in mind, I trust it to produce a clean, fully structured and comprehensive summary of every topic we covered.

Cons

In my Executive, C-suite searches, I've noticed that some candidates remain uncomfortable with an AI notetaker being present, particularly during that first conversation when they may need to share very personal or sensitive information so I have to respect their preference and sometimes switch to manual note-taking.

Pros

Using this tool has made screening calls something I actually enjoy a lot more! I'm passionate about talking with candidates but I used to find juggling the interview and taking notes really awkward. The idea of later trying to make sense of my messy scribbles used to make me anxious. These days I can settle into the conversation, probe the areas I need to and genuinely enjoy the exchange because I trust that the note-taking is being handled for me.

Cons

There's nothing about it that I dislike. For my workflow it's a fantastic product that's always improving, it has a clean, user-friendly experience and it has become an essential part of my recruiting toolkit.

The customer support has been exceptional, honestly we couldn't imagine better responsiveness. I've also been pleasantly surprised by how fast new features roll out, clearly reflecting customer feedback gathered from users like us.

Cons

Not a con but when interviews involve other languages, the tool can sometimes struggle to transcribe or capture things perfectly especially if a candidate speaks with a dialect such as Swiss German or Flemish.

Pros

With this tool's AI Notes, screening candidates has become considerably simpler and more effective. I can give my full attention to the person in front of me because the system captures every key detail. The note accuracy is genuinely impressive and I find it effortless to pull up those notes whenever I want to review something. This saves me from the tedious manual note-taking that used to eat up a big chunk of my time. On top of that, I now have stronger, more reliable data to lean on when I'm making candidate recommendations. The option to build templates is also really helpful.

Cons

I've seen some minor typos here and there. Occasionally a template won't pull the answer for a specific question in one template but will pull the exact same question's answer in another which is confusing and inconsistent. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does I have to double-check the responses manually.

its great to handle phone screens now through this tool. It makes it simple to capture important moments and insights during conversations so nothing gets missed. Because it can summarize the main points and keep track of action items, I've noticed a real improvement in my productivity and accountability. What I value most is that it saves me hours each week that I used to spend on note-taking and follow-ups. That means I can actually be present in the discussion instead of scrambling to jot everything down. If you want to level up your virtual meetings and get some time back, I wholeheartedly recommend trying this, it's genuinely a game changer for me.

Cons

Most of the time I use this tool on my phone and when candidates called back after I missed an initial call I had to either take notes manually or call them back through the app myself. They've just released a callback feature so I'm hopeful this new option will resolve that inconvenience for me.

it has helped me cut down so much time and reduce mistakes and I find it extremely user-friendly. The layout is simple to move around and I was able to create templates that let me rework material that used to take me a couple of hours to write, in just minutes. I also find the statistics somewhat helpful to glance at because they give me a chance to see how much time I spend talking compared with how much time others speak.

Cons

The main challenge is guiding the AI to give me exactly what I want. I know this is more about learning how to use it well. It has been getting easier the more I use the tool.

Pros

Using this tool has removed the need for me to juggle between candidates and taking notes so my conversations feel a lot more natural and uninterrupted. It saves an enormous amount of time because it generates detailed notes within minutes that I can quickly review, download and share. Having a full record of every interaction that I can pull up whenever needed has been incredibly helpful. It integrated easily with my existing setup and I haven't run into any setup hurdles. Their customer support is very responsive whenever I've needed assistance.

Cons

As with any AI, it still benefits from human oversight to get the best outcomes but I personally haven't run into any negative issues or drawbacks while using it.

Pros

It captures notes flawlessly and lets me focus on asking the right questions and making sure candidates or clients have a positive experience. Really simple to use and very tweakable and the reports it generates are impressively deep, it rarely misses what's being said. I tried general note-takers that aren't built for recruiters and honestly this feels like a night-and-day difference.

Cons

Don't have any major complaints though I'm genuinely excited to see what features they add in the future. Like other note-taking tools, it sometimes stumbles on company or people's names but that's a pretty minor issue.
