The note-taking is impressively accurate and the templates help me convert transcripts into usable candidate profiles. Plus I can add this tool directly to calendar events on the site.

Pros

Using this app has cut down on the time I spend taking notes during interviews so recruiters and hiring managers on my team can stay focused on the candidate conversation. I really like that it transcribes automatically and produces organized summaries which makes sharing feedback easier, helps limit bias and speeds up our hiring decisions. Because it ties into our ATS and lets me review interview takeaways asynchronously I find it indispensable for keeping our hiring process more consistent and higher quality.

Cons

Even though I think the platform is very capable one downside I've noticed is that it doesn't offer much flexibility when it comes to customizing interview summary templates or the way feedback is formatted. Often the summaries come across as somewhat generic so I end up manually editing them to match our internal evaluation rubrics. I've also seen it miss certain context or subtle technical nuances during nonstandard or highly technical interviews, things a human note-taker would probably pick up more reliably.

“convenient navigation and accurate summaries

Pros

This platform is really easy to navigate and use. On several occasions a manager has clicked the link to the notes and been able to pull AI summaries and access every feature without me having to explain a thing. For note-taking, we've noticed it's impressively accurate especially given our interviews are conducted in person. We've tested other tools that completely struggled when multiple people sat in the same meeting room around a single microphone. Getting started wasn't a hassle either, I simply created a login and began trying the tool on a few interviews as a trial. I found no problems and was impressed right away immediately.

Cons

I'm really struggling to point out any major flaws.. from my experience it would feel a little nitpicky to pick at it. The reporting feature could be made slightly more user-friendly though that's a very small issue . I'd be genuinely interested to see what additional functionality could be unlocked through deeper ATS integrations and how that might align our recruitment processes.

Pros

it is really easy to use during a call or a Zoom meeting and if I need to add recordings later I just drag and drop an MP3 onto the homepage. It links with my calendar too and it even prompts me before placing a call so I can confirm whether I want to capture the conversation. I also make use of custom 'views' I set up to collect recurring pieces of information that keep coming up in my chats.

Cons

Often the AI doesn't transcribe everything onto the initial summary document and I notice some details are missing at first however I can usually extract more information by giving it follow-up prompts.

“Speeds up hiring workflow

Pros

This software genuinely speeds up our hiring workflow and does a great job of summarizing the interviews I've conducted. I no longer need to keep doing repetitive manual follow-ups so I can devote my time and energy to actually locating top candidates for my company.

Cons

If you're asking me what I dislike about it I would say everything else is excellent but I'd love to see a dedicated mobile app. Having an app would make the tool far more convenient and significantly improve my overall experience using it on the go.

Truly this tool has completely transformed how I do my job, freeing up a huge amount of time and noticeably boosting both my efficiency and overall productivity. It's super simple to use and I love that it lets me remain fully present in conversations without having to juggle note-taking, I trust that everything is being captured correctly. Whenever I need to go back over a talk, I can just replay the audio which removes any anxiety about missing or misunderstanding something. What really impresses me is how it formats notes: clear, professional, factual and unbiased which feels far more polished than what I could produce myself and takes only seconds. That tidy output has genuinely smoothed out my workflow. Connecting it to my ATS was effortless and data syncs automatically and instantly, saving me even more time. I rely on this tool every day sometimes several times and on the rare occasions I've had questions or run into issues, their customer support responded quickly and helpfully.

Cons

Honestly don't have any real complaints about this product it has been extremely helpful in aligning my tasks and making me more efficient. At the same time I always keep in mind that AI is a tool and not a substitute for human judgment when assessing candidate fit, I personally make sure to weigh factors like cultural fit, subtle interpersonal skills and situational context that an algorithm might miss. The AI's notes and insights give me an excellent starting point and save loads of time but I still use my experience and professional instincts to make balanced hiring decisions. In short, AI improves the process but I rely on my own expertise to make the final call.

“Smooth adoption and responsive team

Pros

At first we were doubtful about the product which is normal when any of us start using AI tools on the job. Our HR group started using this solution and after a while we expanded it to our pilot business testers. Today, the whole company has access to the tool! People kept complimenting how simple it was to operate and how easy it was to shape the raw scripts into formats we actually used. A further plus was the people behind the product, we enjoyed working with the Sales Manager and later the Implementation Manager and they were always responsive. I'm pleased to say the Sales Manager assured us the capabilities matched what the implementation manager would deliver as promised.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides. Even the cost seems fair so I really don't have anything negative to say.

Pros

it is great that app captures interview notes for both video calls and phone interviews. It's easy to use and I like having a variety of templates that help me judge whether a candidate could be a good fit. I can also pull questions from the conversation to generate a concise summary of everything we covered.

Cons

No real complaints on my end but I'd personally love an integration with WhatsApp so I could capture interview notes directly from chats and calls inside that platform.

Pros

this tool has been a total game changer because I frequently interview candidates in German even though it isn't my first language. I often can't type notes quickly enough and later realize I've missed parts of what was said. What I really appreciate is being able to jump back into the assistant afterward and ask focused questions about specific topics that came up during the interview.

Cons

Sometimes it mixes up languages. When I run interviews in German, the tool ends up giving me my interview notes in English which is confusing. Maybe it's just a settings issue I need to adjust but right now I have to manually fix the language to get the notes in German.

it has completely changed how I recruit, it's a total game changer from my perspective. The amount of time it frees up by capturing detailed, word-for-word concise notes and organizing those notes into different categories so I can quickly share them with a hiring manager has made my job so much easier. I really wish I'd had access to something like this a decade ago. I used to have interviews interrupted because I was frantically typing every response into interview fields and then spent ages trying to make sense of my notes. It saves an enormous amount of time and is indispensable.

Pros

For me it's great because I can concentrate fully on interacting with the candidate and listening to what they're saying, while the tool takes care of the bulk of note-taking and admin. I'm genuinely impressed by how accurate the notes are especially given we interview many people whose first language isn't English. It's easy to use and integrates smoothly with Teams. I rely on it for both remote interviews and in-person meetings. I also appreciate that I can return to the assistant afterward and query specific points we covered in the conversation.

Cons

I haven't found any drawbacks, it's been running extremely well for me.

“faster summaries with templates

Pros

My work as a Tech Recruiter has become so much simpler and I'm now far more productive, previously, preparing my organization's standard notes would take me between one and two hours but with this app my summaries are done in five minutes. What I appreciate is that it sticks to what I actually discussed with candidates and doesn't invent details and there are plenty of templates available to jumpstart the process while also letting me build custom templates tailored to my workflow. It includes an AI helper I can consult about the subjects I cover during interviews. The interface is clean and easy to navigate which I really like. While testing the free tier I told all my friends to try it and when our lead said we'd get the paid plan, I couldn't have been happier. I genuinely recommend it to every recruiter I know.

“phone call note automation

Pros

Most of my early conversations happen over the phone so this app's capability to join the call and take detailed notes for me has completely changed the game. It's freed me to focus on having a meaningful, productive dialogue instead of scribbling down points and honestly it's become something I can't imagine working without.

Cons

Not a con but I'd really prefer if my own phone number could be the one that shows up for clients and candidates instead of the number belonging to this service. Aside from that limitation, I'm very happy with how well it works.

Pros

This tool has become an indispensable part of my hiring process. It lets me concentrate completely on my conversations with candidates, confident that it will record both the main takeaways and the finer details for me. The summaries it produces are concise, well-organized and they save me a considerable amount of time. It's also integrated directly into every candidate call. I use it on all of my interviews now and it has genuinely aligned my workflow. I highly recommend it!

sometimes the app feels sluggish when I switch from one template to another which can interrupt my flow.

Pros

it's great that I can create custom templates to extract only the relevant details from transcripts. It's really easy to set up and use and the AI does a great job of summarizing conversations into bite-sized chunks. I can compare multiple conversations side-by-side and they've added a new feature that lets me search across all my conversations to pull out specific information which is incredibly useful for monthly reporting. It also integrates with PinPoint and automatically joins any interviews I schedule. My account manager, Cameron Goldie-Scot, is excellent and is always available whenever I need help.

Cons

Occasionally the AI struggles when someone with a strong accent is on a call and we've seen it misinterpret parts of the conversation. We have it integrated with PinPoint but sometimes it disconnects unexpectedly and won't join or record the interviews it should. That said the support team is very responsive and typically fixes issues quickly.

Pros

I've become a far better recruiter thanks to this tool because I'm no longer distracted by taking notes during conversations with potential candidates. That lets me truly listen and ask smarter follow-up questions to get clearer insights. I'm confident every topic I cover with prospects will be captured in detailed notes and delivered to me. Usually I receive the notes within about three minutes of finishing a call so I can review, tweak and send them to my client in just a few more minutes. Before this, those write-ups could take me up to 45 minutes each. It's the biggest time-saver for my workflow and since the notes are stored in their cloud I can revisit conversations whenever I want. Another feature I really like is being able to jump back into a conversation and type in questions I have, the tool will surface the answer if it was discussed. For example, I can ask whether someone has a non-compete or if they have kids in high school that might affect a potential move and get the relevant detail.

Cons

One issue I keep running into is that there is too much duplication from one topic to the next, the tool often repeats the same points across sections. It would be great if it could resolve that and remove redundant text automatically. That duplication is the main thing I need to eliminate when I review my notes.

great tool and I trust this platform to take accurate notes during calls and I rely on those notes afterward when writing my feedback and I also appreciate being able to revisit the notes later if I need to.

It's not a huge problem yet I would appreciate having the ability to disable the video recording during an interview when a candidate isn't comfortable.

Pros

Working as a TA lead, I value being able to pull up the data points and candidate questions for review. In my recruiter role, this platform has become essential, used for everything from internal meetings to keep people accountable, to pulling up initial conversations when we reach the offer phase. It also seems really promising for one-on-one meetings to align teams on the main takeaways.

Cons

I'd love to see more flexible customization options in the templates and I notice the team is already working on that.

Using it has made my job a whole lot easier. I talk to people day after day and having to type everything when collecting references can really eat into an already overloaded schedule. This product is such a reliable solution that improves my workflow and accuracy while shaping a script into a far more professional and client-friendly document. The support team are quick to help when I'm struggling with uploads or trying to work through a finicky task and the platform itself is incredibly flexible, even though I primarily rely on it for reference checks, in my experience.

Uploading audio files acted a bit glitchy for a while but I found support fixed it quickly.
