Even though I think the platform is very capable one downside I've noticed is that it doesn't offer much flexibility when it comes to customizing interview summary templates or the way feedback is formatted. Often the summaries come across as somewhat generic so I end up manually editing them to match our internal evaluation rubrics. I've also seen it miss certain context or subtle technical nuances during nonstandard or highly technical interviews, things a human note-taker would probably pick up more reliably.

This platform is really easy to navigate and use. On several occasions a manager has clicked the link to the notes and been able to pull AI summaries and access every feature without me having to explain a thing. For note-taking, we've noticed it's impressively accurate especially given our interviews are conducted in person. We've tested other tools that completely struggled when multiple people sat in the same meeting room around a single microphone. Getting started wasn't a hassle either, I simply created a login and began trying the tool on a few interviews as a trial. I found no problems and was impressed right away immediately.

I'm really struggling to point out any major flaws.. from my experience it would feel a little nitpicky to pick at it. The reporting feature could be made slightly more user-friendly though that's a very small issue . I'd be genuinely interested to see what additional functionality could be unlocked through deeper ATS integrations and how that might align our recruitment processes.

it is really easy to use during a call or a Zoom meeting and if I need to add recordings later I just drag and drop an MP3 onto the homepage. It links with my calendar too and it even prompts me before placing a call so I can confirm whether I want to capture the conversation. Often the AI doesn't transcribe everything onto the initial summary document and I notice some details are missing at first however I can usually extract more information by giving it follow-up prompts.

Honestly don't have any real complaints about this product it has been extremely helpful in aligning my tasks and making me more efficient. At the same time I always keep in mind that AI is a tool and not a substitute for human judgment when assessing candidate fit, I personally make sure to weigh factors like cultural fit, subtle interpersonal skills and situational context that an algorithm might miss. The AI's notes and insights give me an excellent starting point and save loads of time but I still use my experience and professional instincts to make balanced hiring decisions. In short, AI improves the process but I rely on my own expertise to make the final call.

At first we were doubtful about the product which is normal when any of us start using AI tools on the job. Our HR group started using this solution and after a while we expanded it to our pilot business testers. Today, the whole company has access to the tool! People kept complimenting how simple it was to operate and how easy it was to shape the raw scripts into formats we actually used. A further plus was the people behind the product, we enjoyed working with the Sales Manager and later the Implementation Manager and they were always responsive. I'm pleased to say the Sales Manager assured us the capabilities matched what the implementation manager would deliver as promised.

What I appreciate is that it sticks to what I actually discussed with candidates and doesn't invent details and there are plenty of templates available to jumpstart the process while also letting me build custom templates tailored to my workflow. It includes an AI helper I can consult about the subjects I cover during interviews. The interface is clean and easy to navigate which I really like. While testing the free tier I told all my friends to try it and when our lead said we'd get the paid plan, I couldn't have been happier. I genuinely recommend it to every recruiter I know.

It also integrates with PinPoint and automatically joins any interviews I schedule. My account manager, Cameron Goldie-Scot, is excellent and is always available whenever I need help.

Occasionally the AI struggles when someone with a strong accent is on a call and we've seen it misinterpret parts of the conversation. We have it integrated with PinPoint but sometimes it disconnects unexpectedly and won't join or record the interviews it should. That said the support team is very responsive and typically fixes issues quickly.

That lets me truly listen and ask smarter follow-up questions to get clearer insights. I'm confident every topic I cover with prospects will be captured in detailed notes and delivered to me. Usually I receive the notes within about three minutes of finishing a call so I can review, tweak and send them to my client in just a few more minutes. Before this, those write-ups could take me up to 45 minutes each. It's the biggest time-saver for my workflow and since the notes are stored in their cloud I can revisit conversations whenever I want. Another feature I really like is being able to jump back into a conversation and type in questions I have, the tool will surface the answer if it was discussed. For example, I can ask whether someone has a non-compete or if they have kids in high school that might affect a potential move and get the relevant detail.

One issue I keep running into is that there is too much duplication from one topic to the next, the tool often repeats the same points across sections. It would be great if it could resolve that and remove redundant text automatically. That duplication is the main thing I need to eliminate when I review my notes.

Their support team has been responsive and they keep rolling out updates and new features to make the product better for users. I use it every day during phone screens and panel interviews, setup was extremely simple and it worked right out of the box with almost no friction.

For what feels like a silly, "funny money" outlay of about $20-60 a month, I get to enjoy relaxed, human conversations with candidates while barely lifting a finger, well, almost none. The chatbot literally shows up to every interview by itself (I don't have to send invites) since it pulls directly from my calendar and ties into our ATS. It captures notes, records video in 32 languages (which has saved me more times than I can count) and feels like Fireflies but specifically built and juiced up for interviewing. On top of that, it generates a super-quick analysis and a tailored report based on the criteria I set. I keep a preset report template for the hiring manager, covering salary expectations, motivation and why the candidate fits and the bot fills that in right after the call. After I toss in a few cultural/team-fit observations, I can turn that into a polished email in about 2-5 minutes. When I need follow-ups, I just ask the chatbot a question and get the answer instantly. Everything is congreatated in one place, I can run interviews from anywhere without needing a laptop or a notebook and honestly, I have no desire to go back to the old way.

If I need to revisit anything, I can pull up other parts of the recording and I never miss elements from the conversation. I've even used the call snippet tool to share brief audio excerpts with candidates or hiring managers to validate something. After a long discussion with a candidate about the factors influencing their decision on an offer, I quickly created a template that outlined what the hiring manager should do to address each of the candidate's motivators for accepting. So, I find it really adaptable and the real wins for me are time savings, having all pertinent details available when required and being able to openly and proactively share information that can help move a hiring process forward when it might otherwise get stuck.

Setting the gender of speakers for Job Interview calls would be useful and I notice improved text formatting and a Word export tied to company templates would make sharing results much smoother.

Every so often the outputs are unintentionally amusing but in practice they're still usable and don't break my workflow. Only one major issue: the tool automatically sends notes to meeting attendees when it's used for internal meetings. Not everyone on those invites has access to the platform or knows how it works so automatic emails can confuse people. For me the standout feature of this tool is how it pulls actionable insights out of interviews which lets our TA team continuously refine hiring workflows and make smarter decisions informed by real-time data. I also lean on it a lot to coach recruiters and hiring managers, helping them conduct interviews that are grounded in facts rather than intuition.

Cons

It's not really something I dislike but I'm excited for additional capabilities like a wider variety of templates, guidance on prompting, help writing interview questions tailored to specific job personas and other similar enhancements that would make the tool even more useful.

To be honest, I'm not getting any younger. Even though I can type north of 80 WPM, I don't always capture exactly what matters in a call. When I do catch things, my raw notes have often fallen short in the past and I end up going back through them to rewrite and translate everything into client-ready summaries, a massive time drain. Since this product is designed with recruiter workflows in mind, I trust it to produce a clean, fully structured and comprehensive summary of every topic we covered.

Cons

In my Executive, C-suite searches, I've noticed that some candidates remain uncomfortable with an AI notetaker being present, particularly during that first conversation when they may need to share very personal or sensitive information so I have to respect their preference and sometimes switch to manual note-taking.

There's nothing about it that I dislike. For my workflow it's a fantastic product that's always improving, it has a clean, user-friendly experience and it has become an essential part of my recruiting toolkit.

Not a con but when interviews involve other languages, the tool can sometimes struggle to transcribe or capture things perfectly especially if a candidate speaks with a dialect such as Swiss German or Flemish.

I can give my full attention to the person in front of me because the system captures every key detail. The note accuracy is genuinely impressive and I find it effortless to pull up those notes whenever I want to review something. This saves me from the tedious manual note-taking that used to eat up a big chunk of my time. On top of that, I now have stronger, more reliable data to lean on when I'm making candidate recommendations. The option to build templates is also really helpful.

Cons

I've seen some minor typos here and there. Occasionally a template won't pull the answer for a specific question in one template but will pull the exact same question's answer in another which is confusing and inconsistent. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does I have to double-check the responses manually.

Most of the time I use this tool on my phone and when candidates called back after I missed an initial call I had to either take notes manually or call them back through the app myself. They've just released a callback feature so I'm hopeful this new option will resolve that inconvenience for me.

The layout is simple to move around and I was able to create templates that let me rework material that used to take me a couple of hours to write, in just minutes. I also find the statistics somewhat helpful to glance at because they give me a chance to see how much time I spend talking compared with how much time others speak.

The main challenge is guiding the AI to give me exactly what I want. I know this is more about learning how to use it well. It has been getting easier the more I use the tool.

Using this tool has removed the need for me to juggle between candidates and taking notes so my conversations feel a lot more natural and uninterrupted. It saves an enormous amount of time because it generates detailed notes within minutes that I can quickly review, download and share. Having a full record of every interaction that I can pull up whenever needed has been incredibly helpful. It integrated easily with my existing setup and I haven't run into any setup hurdles. Their customer support is very responsive whenever I've needed assistance.

As with any AI, it still benefits from human oversight to get the best outcomes but I personally haven't run into any negative issues or drawbacks while using it.

It captures notes flawlessly and lets me focus on asking the right questions and making sure candidates or clients have a positive experience. Really simple to use and very tweakable and the reports it generates are impressively deep, it rarely misses what's being said. I tried general note-takers that aren't built for recruiters and honestly this feels like a night-and-day difference.

Cons

Don't have any major complaints though I'm genuinely excited to see what features they add in the future. Like other note-taking tools, it sometimes stumbles on company or people's names but that's a pretty minor issue.
