The thing that really stands out is how this platform encourages positive interaction by recognizing coworkers talents. It creates a supportive atmosphere and makes appreciation a visible part of the workplace.

Honestly I do not have any real complaints. It's been a very positive application to use at my job.

Pros

One thing I really enjoy is how simple it is to give kudos to coworkers for the work they do. It makes showing appreciation quick and easy.

Cons

At this point I have not come across anything I dislike about it. If that changes, I'd be happy to share feedback with the team responsible.

Using Nectar HR has been really easy and it adds a fun touch to recognizing coworkers for the contributions they make.

Cons

One thing I'd love to see improved is the Slack and its integration especially having GIFs show up properly in the Slack channel. It would also be helpful to send 0.5 points since that makes group shout-outs easier when my points are running low.

It has made it simple to recognize coworkers when they do an outstanding job or step in to help. I really enjoy using it.

Honestly I do not have anything negative to say. Overall I see it very positively and my team enjoys using it too.

Overall using it has been a really positive experience. It makes it enjoyable to recognize coworkers when they help each other out and the real gifts and rewards are a nice bonus. Sending recognition is easy too as you can quickly tag people, choose points and thank them without any hassle.

Cons

At times the recognition can feel a little forced. There are also more emails than necessary so cutting back on those would help. The interface is somewhat complex as well and it would be better if the font were smaller or if the acknowledgement section didn't take up so much space.

Well the thing I liked most was how easy it is to use, along with how easily it let me recognize and stay connected with my co-workers.

It worked really well for me overall and I honestly didn't run into any problems with the platform. Everything functioned exactly as I needed it to.

One of the best parts is being able to redeem gift cards for things or places I probably never would have tried otherwise, plus access to events I likely wouldn't get to attend.

My only complaint is that the gift cards feel a bit overpriced and it takes a lot of work and a big pile of points to redeem a worthwhile gift card or even the Amazon packages.

The thing I really enjoy is being able to show appreciation to my colleagues. It's a really nice way to make sure their hard work gets recognized and rewarded. On top of that the platform is quick to use and doesn't take much effort at all.

Using this platform has been a really convenient way to recognize coworkers for all the hard work they put in. It's user friendly, the rewards add up quickly and there are lots of gift card choices along with other items you can redeem. I have not run into any problems at all while using it.

Honestly I cannot think of any downsides. It has gone beyond what I expected and there's a wide variety of rewards available to choose from.

I do not have any real complaints. The only problem I have ever run into was a username/password login issue and I am not even sure whether that came from the tool or something on our office's side.

Using Nectar has become one of the highlights of my day. It's such a fun way to cheer on teammates, celebrate their wins and recognize all the awesome things they do all the time. Whether someone steps up in a big way, jumps in to help out or just makes the day better, Nectar gives them the kind of shoutout they absolutely deserve.

Cons

Honestly the only issue is that if I had unlimited points, I'd probably spend the whole day giving recognition because there are just that many people who deserve it.

Pros

There's a really broad mix of rewards in it so it looks like there's something for just about everyone. They also keep adding new reward options which makes it fun to check back and see what's available. The newer UX/UI updates have also made the platform much more user friendly.

Cons

One frustrating part is that searching for specific rewards by keyword doesn't seem to work so I end up scrolling through every gift card manually. I also do not receive email reminders to submit my monthly tasks to earn rewards although I can understand if that's an intentional marketing decision.

One thing that really stood out to me was the variety of reward choices available, along with how fast and simple it is to redeem points and claim a reward.

Cons

At times I wish there were an option to keep my acknowledgements private rather than public although it's not a major issue.

It is really easy to use and it's genuinely enjoyable to read the shout-outs teammates share about each other. Getting gift cards for things like our hazard IDs is also a really nice incentive and makes participation feel rewarding.

Cons

The only thing I'd really want is a wider selection of gift cards and more ways to spend the points. Other than that I am honestly very happy with it.

Using it has been a really enjoyable way to recognize coworkers. It turns a quick shoutout into something more meaningful by attaching a real reward to it. I also like that recognition isn't the only way to earn points as there are challenges available too. The specific challenges depend on the organization but they give people a chance to collect Nectar points by doing things like recognizing others, completing wellness activities and other similar tasks.

Cons

Sending points is easy but in a larger company it can sometimes be hard to locate the exact person you want to recognize. Since points can be given to anyone across the organization, it would be much better to have a custom list of teammates you acknowledge more often or at least have the people you recognize most show up first instead of having to sort through names you do not know.

One of my favorite parts of it is being able to recognize and compliment coworkers in a way that reflects our school's values. Also it makes it really simple to celebrate personal milestones for others like work anniversaries, birthdays and similar moments.

Cons

At times the platform can feel a little overwhelming especially when trying to navigate through all of the available features and content.

Giving feedback feels much more personal since I can be really specific and add gifs or emojis to it. It's also nice being able to choose exactly how many points I want to send.

Cons

There's nothing I really dislike but I do not feel it's necessary for everyone to see who is receiving points, how many they got or who sent them.

One thing I really enjoy is that anyone in the company can view and send shoutouts to anyone else. It is not limited by reporting structure which makes recognition feel much more open and inclusive.

Cons

The tricky part is working out how many points to give each time so I do not run out too quickly, while still making sure I actually use my full allotment.

Pros

Nectar makes recognizing coworkers really easy. Sending shoutouts is quick and the rewards are worthwhile especially the gift cards that can be redeemed across lots of different stores and websites. It's been a nice way to boost team morale especially with everyone working remotely.

Cons

With so many employees and only a limited number of points to give out, choosing just one person or a few people to recognize can feel a bit overwhelming. There are a lot of people who deserve the acknowledgment, even though that's not really an issue caused by the tool itself.
