“Rewarding platform for team praise”

Pros

The platform is user friendly and gives people a nice way to showcase the quality of their work. It's also motivating that shoutouts can lead to real cash rewards over time.

Cons

At times people can misuse the system by giving shoutouts that aren't really deserved. It also feels less valuable in workplaces with a smaller number of employees.

Pros

Being able to give and receive recognition with coworkers for the things we do every day is one of the best parts of using it. The gift card options are also excellent and give plenty of good choices.

Cons

I really have not run into any downsides. The interface is simple to navigate and every interaction I have had with the app has been positive.

One thing I really enjoy is how it lets teams recognize each other in a way that ties into compensation. The point redemption choices are also impressive, with a wide variety of rewards and plenty of places to choose from.

Cons

Honestly I do not have any complaints. It's simple to use, redeeming points for rewards is hassle-free and the interface is clear and simple.

Using it is really not a hassle and it makes checking out the exciting things your coworkers are doing for the company genuinely fun.

I just wish there were more flexibility with how many points you can give one person instead of being limited by the current cap.

Pros

One thing that's really enjoyable is being able to collect points and redeem them for gift cards. It's also nice that we can send points to coworkers and recognize the effort they put in which makes showing appreciation feel more meaningful.

Cons

When I went to redeem my points for an item, the purchase wouldn't go through. Later I realized the item had been listed with the wrong point value which caused the issue.

It is easy to use and does a really nice job of encouraging a positive workplace culture by giving employees a way to recognize each other for their contributions.

Cons

One area where I still need help is figuring out how to view older posts and previously awarded points. That seems more like a training or familiarity issue on my end than a problem with the tool itself.

Pros

One of the best parts is getting employee recognition that might not always be said out loud on a regular basis. It's really nice to have that appreciation acknowledged and I also enjoy being able to build up points that can later be redeemed for gift cards for personal use.

Cons

The downside is that it takes quite a bit of recognition to build up enough points to redeem for a worthwhile gift card.

Using it has been a really simple and enjoyable way to recognize coworkers. One of the best parts is having gift card options available so the points you earn can be exchanged for rewards you'll actually use.

Cons

As an employee I honestly have not come across any downsides. It's very user friendly and makes receiving rewards a nice experience.

The thing I really like is how it gives our team a chance to share positive feedback and recognize the work each of us contributes.

Honestly there's not much I dislike about this tool. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say I wish the points-to dollar conversion were a bit better so each point would be worth a little more money.

Pros

One of my favorite parts of it is being able to give shout-outs to coworkers and send them points they can use for rewards. Getting rewarded myself is a big plus too and it makes the whole experience really enjoyable.

Cons

The only thing I am not a fan of is that the points you can give out expire. I really wish they would stay available instead of disappearing. Even with that, I still really enjoy using this platform to celebrate my team.

Well the thing that makes it really enjoyable is the 50 points they give you every month to share with coworkers as recognition and shout-outs for their hard work. The rewards are also a big plus as recently, I got a $25 gift card that works both online and in stores. There are plenty of gift card options available and they also include really nice discounts on hotels, sports and other things.

Cons

Using it is very easy and simple to navigate which makes claiming rewards and discounts really convenient. Honestly I have not run into anything I dislike about it.

It is very user friendly especially when it comes to recognizing either a team or an individual. It's been really effective for giving credit where it's deserved.

Cons

The only downside for me is that there's no option to make a shout-out private so it stays just between you and the person receiving it when that would be more appropriate.

Pros

Getting to recognize coworkers and send points when they do something exceptional is one of my favorite parts. Receiving rewards unexpectedly is just as fun. It really boosts my confidence and helps me feel more connected to the people I work with. I also like that the points can be used at a wide range of places and for different gift cards. Redeeming a card was simple and easy and I was even able to use my points to get all the goodies for my daughter's Easter basket. The platform itself is very user friendly too, with no login issues and navigation that seems clear and simple.

Cons

One thing that gets frustrating is switching between my phone and computer. If I use it on my phone and then move to my computer, it logs me out on the computer and makes me register it again. Then if I switch back after using the computer, I have to repeat the same process on my phone. I also wish the system didn't allow people to give only 5 points since 5 points usually cannot be used toward anything. Those points end up feeling wasted especially because most people tend to give points in increments of 10 anyway.

One of my favorite things is being able to earn rewards and I also enjoy sending thanks to my coworkers when they help me out.

At this point there's really nothing I dislike about it. It's user friendly and simple to use so I do not have any complaints.

Working remotely I really value having a way to acknowledge teammates when they go above and beyond and it makes that possible. The process is simple and people genuinely appreciate being recognized through it.

Honestly I do not have any complaints. It's easy to use and I have not run into any issues or difficulties so I really do not see any cons.

Nectar gives us a nice way to recognize team members when they do a job well done and the gift card selection is really strong.

I do wish there were more options available under the Amazon tab especially with additional Android and Apple items to choose from.

It really helps create a positive culture by making it fun and visible to recognize the great things happening around us. I enjoy being able to give shoutouts and celebrate people's wins in a way that seems encouraging and meaningful.

Cons

One thing I'd change is how the points work month to month. It would be much better if unused points rolled over so I could save them for bigger accomplishments or still use them later if I do not get a chance to give them out before the month ends.

It has also made a noticeable difference in team engagement and overall morale.

There really are no major issues I have run into. At most there could be a few more customization options or a broader selection of rewards but overall it does exactly what we need and performs very well.
