Pros

I really appreciate how many different modules this system offers. There's such a wide range of options available that you can essentially build out a complete HR solution. It covers practically every aspect of human resources that we need at our company, though you'll want to go with the professional version rather than the open source one to get the full experience.

Cons

My main frustration is that even though there are plenty of options, they're restricted depending on which version you have. I get the business reasoning behind it, but I think we should get access to all features regardless of our plan. Also, finding clear pricing information for different versions is pretty difficult. Without being able to use some of the reporting tools, it really cuts down on how useful the software can be.
