Pros
The system handles every HR challenge I throw at it and consistently helps me resolve any people management issues that come up.
Cons
Initially, it was tough for me to trust switching from our old system, but honestly that's about the only downside I can think of. Once you get past that hesitation, there really isn't much to complain about.

The interface is incredibly clear and intuitive to navigate. I've tried other HRM systems like Kissflow HRM before, and they were confusing messes. This one made everything straightforward from day one - managing leave requests, viewing organizational charts, handling task integration, posting announcements, accessing employee directories, and tracking allocated assets. Everything just flows naturally and keeps me organized without any hassle.
Cons
Constantly being asked to update my password is really annoying! Since I'm already using my official Google workspace ID, that should be secure enough. I once forgot my password and trying to apply for leave on my phone became a nightmare because I couldn't access my work email. They should add OTP verification through registered mobile numbers to make things more convenient.

Having bonus payment details and command functions in the same window makes my workflow so much smoother. It's honestly one of the most effective payroll solutions our department has implemented - the level of control over worker registration and financial information is exactly what we needed.
Cons
The cost is pretty steep when you compare it to other options out there. Email notifications to end users dont come through right away - there's always a lag. Too many features we dont actually need, but then when we want to customize things to fit our workflow, the options are really limited.

Cons
Sometimes the system crashes or goes offline, which makes approving leave requests really frustrating since we have to fall back on manual processes. Our version also lacks a benefits administration module, which would've been really helpful to have.

Being open source means I can customize it to fit exactly what my team needs, beyond just the built-in tools. Cons
learning curve can be pretty steep since there are so many functions to figure out - you really need to dive deep into understanding how everything works. Also, for an open source solution, the pricing feels way too high. They definitely need to work on making it more affordable, especially there small business packages which dont offer enough value for the cost.
