“does it all but costs
Pros
I use it for generating payroll files and all the different declarations that go with it. Honestly the software just does everything on its own I pretty much just check things over at the end and that's it.
Cons
Okay let's be real.... the price. It works great for payroll no doubt but it is seriously expensive.

“payroll tracking clear and organized
Pros
Tracking payroll is super clear and well organized. I can get to past stuff really fast and the electronic signature thing is so smooth and simple. Declaring leave or sick leave takes me just a few clicks which is awesome. Everything feels really quick even when new people join and the interface is just interactive.
Cons
The way it calculates remaining leaves? Kinda confusing. I've definitely been mixed up before. The logic behind it just doesn't feel super interactive.

“never miss a deadline
Pros
It's just easy to use. The UI is clean and the legal info is always up to date. Plus I get reminders so I never miss a legal deadline which really helps me stay on track.
Cons
Getting everything set up was tricky and took a while. That said their onboarding team was awesome and really helped. Its quite difficult to use and you definitely need some time to get the hang of it.

“worth the initial struggle
Pros
I couldn't believe how easy it was. Anytime I had an issue or just needed to see paid hours and everything else, it was all right there in one place.
Cons
It glitched or lagged every now and then but honestly still worth using overall.

“good design with minor lags
Pros
The interface is really slick and responsive. I love how easy it is to request leave or check my payslip. And the payslips themselves are super detailed which I really appreciate.
Cons
Wish I could get a global view of holidays across the whole company. Right now that's just not possible.

Pros
Seriously generating payroll reports with it is one of those things that just makes you go "oh, that was fast." It's not complicated at all, you don't have to dig through menus or remember some obscure sequence of clicks.

“Well designed but no app
Pros
It is just really well made and thoughtfully designed. I manage all my leaves from my phone or my laptop. I also log my one-to-ones in there and keep a full history. And my payslips? They are clear and actually well explained.
Cons
No mobile app and support is kinda hard to reach if you are not an admin. That's frustrating.

“Great 1:1 feature
Pros
The 1:1 feature is a newer addition and it's honestly great. I can quickly check in on the team's mood and we can have regular catch-ups without it being a whole thing.
Cons
Customer service though.. I use Intercom myself so I really don't get why non-super admins can't access the help center through the chat bubble. It feels like such an obvious miss.

“good features with poor support access
Pros
It's a really solid tool for managing leave, absences and even telecommuting. I can easily see when my teammates are off which makes collaborating way easier. And reports? Super easy to find, well explained and simple to understand.
Cons
The leave balance never seems clear to me, it does not seem to account for leave already planned in the coming months. Also in my opinion telework should not be counted as an absence. That just feels wrong.

Pros
Looking at my payslips? Super visual and really well laid out. And the whole web interface just works, super efficient.
Cons
I can't see when my teammates are off so it's hard to plan my own leave. You are kind of just guessing.

Pros
I get my payslips through it and honestly, I am really happy with how readable they are and how much detail is included. I also use it to manage my leave, no issues.
Cons
The leave balance display is kind of confusing. It shows days you'll acquire at the end of the month so it's like... preemptively counting them? Also, I noticed there's no "exceptional leave" option in the dropdown. That should probably be there.

I can handle payroll for all our employees without breaking a sweat and everything stays in sync with the labor advice we get.
Cons
If I had to pick one downside it's the response time when something goes wrong. Takes a while to hear back.

Pros
The built-in labor advisory service is honestly a total game changer. I don't have to guess if I am doing things right or spend hours Googling random labor laws. It's all right there in the software. Anytime a question comes up like how to handle a specific leave request or what to include in a contract, I just use the service and get actual advice from real people who know their stuff.
Cons
It's pretty pricey compared to other tools out there.

The interface looks super clean and modern. I can easily access my payslips as PDFs whenever I need them, which is pretty convenient.
Cons

“Easy and keeps improving
Pros
I seriously love how simple this software is. You pick it up in no time which is huge. It was actually easy to get my employees on board which says a lot. The customization is a major win too, you can really shape it to your company. And I gotta say I really appreciate how the team keeps us looped in on legal updates and new features. It's reassuring seeing it evolve and get more complete over time.
Cons
Overall it's solid software but there have been a few buggy periods where it slows down a ton and it's just frustrating. And customer service? they've got a long way to go. I don't think I've been this let down by support in a long time.

I don't really have anything good to say here. I am genuinely disappointed with it.
Cons
The support is honestly just... a disaster. A full week between each email reply. No way to call anyone or even book time with our Payfit contact,always unavailable. Most people I talk to can't actually solve the issue so it takes weeks just to get to someone who can. And they keep following up on emails I've already replied to. When everything's working fine, it's a good solution. But the second something breaks? It becomes a massive time sink and a real headache especially for something as critical as payroll.
