After using Paylocity for several months, I can say it does a lot of things well, especially if your HR and payroll are spread across multiple systems and you’re trying to consolidate. Payroll accuracy was solid, time cards flowed in cleanly, and employees were able to handle most of their everyday tasks through the mobile app.
