From my experience, this tool is extremely easy to work with and doesn't feel complicated at all. I've been using it regularly and it always seems available whenever I log in which gives me confidence in it. Everything runs quickly and it simply does what it's supposed to do without problems.

Just a suggestion that being able to see the exact date of the exchange rate used when converting from USD to BRL would improve it, for each payment. In my opinion it would be helpful to view both the conversion date and rate applied.

My main frustration is with updating my information. For example, I've updated my address but some earlier invoices I sent still show the old address and don't retain the change. I'm not sure whether that's a bug in this tool or something else but there's no obvious way to flag or sync the updated address across the platform so invoices reflect the new details. It would help a lot if the system could propagate profile changes to past and future invoices automatically.
