From my experience, the support team has been genuinely helpful whenever I needed assistance. I also like the website layout because it looks clean and is easy for me to move around in. Managing things there feels simple and organized. Getting started was also quick for me. I filled in my personal details and linked my bank account in less than five minutes and after that I was ready to begin using it.

Cons

Just minor problems. The first was tied to my bank account details, I accidentally entered the wrong information and there was no confirmation step to catch the error, so I didn't realize it until later. On top of that, my initial payment was rejected and I never got an email or any notification explaining the rejection which I found quite frustrating, that meant I had to reach out to customer support myself to get the payment issue resolved. Because I'm based in the UK, support isn't available around the clock for me, so I often end up waiting for their US business hours to get a response. Overall, the missing verification and lack of rejection notifications made things more tedious than they should have been, even though support eventually helped me fix the problems.

What really stood out to me was the support team. Even though I had just started using the tool, I reached out and Sharon replied very quickly. She explained everything clearly and helped me understand how things work. The initial setup also went smoothly which made the whole onboarding process feel much more comfortable for me.

One thing that bothers me is when a third party deposits funds, it can take four to five days before the money appears in my bank account, that delay really needs to be shortened. Another issue is the currency conversion rate which I find low, for instance, when I convert USD to CAD the rate offered is usually worse than the prevailing market rate.
