“A very user-friendly digital upgrade

It is very user-friendly since it required minimal training for both managers and their direct reports to carry out the annual appraisal process and because all of the review data is stored digitally and accessible at any time prior to this we were relying on spreadsheets and Word documents, printing evaluations and physically filing them away.
Cons
We don't have any complaints at the moment although we aren't yet utilizing the product's full range of features, the logical next phase for our team is to begin journaling our one-on-one meetings and to explore the program's survey functionality more closely.

“Remarkably interactive with excellent support
Pros
In my experience I find the platform remarkably ineractive, you don't need extensive training to get comfortable with its workflows, the user interface is tidy and the available actions are very simple and Ryan Dowdy has been excellent, consistently available to assist whenever I need help.
Cons
While I appreciate many aspects of the product, I find the reporting functionality, particularly the dashboard, could be significantly more sophisticated and I would like the ability to customize report scoring rather than being limited to adjusting comments alone.

“User-friendly but reporting is inefficient
Pros
Using this system, I find it extremely user-friendly and simple to configure and manage reviews, 360s and goal tracking.
Cons
When it comes to reporting, it feels unnecessarily difficult because we require employees to record their goals, I couldn't directly generate a report showing who still needed to add goals which forced me to export the entire dataset and perform manual consolidation and filtering.

From my experience, I find the software remarkably easy to use, it consistently produces insightful analytical results and the customer support team has been reliably helpful whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons

“Simplifies actionable 360 insights

I like that the platform consolidates all of the 360-degree feedback into a single location where it is simple to consult across employee, manager and administrator perspectives and that it simplifies producing actionable insights through its reporting tools.
Cons
As an administrator, I currently have to go in and manually extend deadlines for each participant individually when review periods need to be extended which is time-consuming and prone to error, I would strongly prefer a feature that lets me grant single-person extensions as well as a bulk extension that applies to all participants at once.

I found the interface interactive and the dashboard uncluttered which made it remarkably easy to use the tool and accomplish tasks quickly without confusion.
Cons
We deployed the 360-degree tool and received excellent feedback from our participants and users Overall the sole challenge we come across related to the way results were reported, relatively small limitations, such as lacking an out-of-the-box option to directly juxtapose a reviewer's responses against a self-assessment, yet despite that, we managed to produce the comparisons we needed.

“Easy and feature-rich setup
Pros
Setting it up and getting started was easy for me and I found the interface more feature-rich than anticipated, with numerous guards against user error that genuinely simplified my workflow.
Cons
I used it for an unusual purpose, a 360-degree leadership evaluation for a client and found that I still had to perform several analyses myself, such as calculating summary statistics and constructing the 9-box grid which the tool did not provide.

While I appreciate that Primalogik avoids unnecessary complexity and remains simple in day-to-day use, it did require me to walk through its functions a few times before my HR administrators felt comfortable operating it. nevertheless, once they understood the workflow it proved comparatively easy to use. I value the breadth of reporting options and the comparison tool built into the platform and because the subscription is affordably priced I consider that an important advantage.
Cons
I find the application requires quite a bit of manual input and doesn't feel particularly simple and the 'Teams access' setting in particular left me confused about permissions and workflow.

“Outstanding support and constant improvements
Pros
Our customer support and implementation representative has been nothing short of outstanding and has consistently provided excellent assistance making onboarding and ongoing use far smoother than I anticipated. the software itself is tidy, well-structured and generally very user-friendly although I do think it could benefit from enhanced automation and more powerful task-sorting capabilities. Whenever I raised a question or suggestion with Ryan, he either provided a clear answer or escalated the request to his development team, who proceeded to implement the change and because of that I fully intend to keep using Primalogik and frankly regret not making the switch earlier.
Cons
At times I find that sorting or organizing certain data sets, for example, tracking work anniversaries, can be somewhat awkward and time-consuming, creating mild friction in my workflow, nevertheless, in the relatively short few months we've been with Primalogik I've already observed tangible improvements to these areas as the team addresses usability and organization concerns.

Primalogik gives management the capability to closely monitor program performance and assess its overall impact because it encourages a hands-on, proactive approach to monitoring and managing initiatives rather than a passive one, moreover, the fact that I can adjust and customize the tools to meet specific needs makes the platform feel like an all-purpose solution, almost like a magic lamp for configuring workflows. I also appreciate that collecting feedback via forms centralizes responses and organizes follow-up and additional features I use regularly include an Employee Directory, automated email reminders, powerful comparison tools and smooth integration with Google Apps.
Cons
I find it particularly frustrating that once forms are integrated or submitted I cannot easily modify them because the platform does not provide a simple way to edit already-implemented forms which makes maintaining up-to-date feedback processes annoying and difficult.

I rely on this platform to monitor the productivity and outcomes of my workforce, my immediate team and the organization as a whole which gives me a consolidated view of performance trends. The system also lets me document performance appraisals and distribute feedback questionnaires to staff and colleagues and those responses help our group assess both strengths and weaknesses so we can proactively address and improve on our shortcomings.
Cons
I cannot edit or customize the feedback forms within the application which limits my ability to tailor assessments to specific roles or situations. Furthermore, I have experienced occasional sluggishness in the software's performance, particularly during peak usage which can hinder workflow and responsiveness.

As an HR pro I find this performance review tool efficient, easy to use. it suits employees who are not computer-savvy, as after an introduction they can begin immediately making it an effective method to generate feedback.
Cons

Cons

As a GM, I appreciate the summary page because it's succinct and immediately useful along with the reminder emails for upcoming reviews and evaluations which reliably arrive and help me structure and plan my week.
Cons
Having a built-in grammar checker would be very helpful to me since it would catch typing mistakes and other grammatical errors that I sometimes miss and overall it would improve the polish of my communications.

I appreciate the customizable forms, the employee journal and the dashboard that helps me organize my to-dos, the forms are easy to complete and allow me to save drafts which makes managing multiple reviews much simpler.
Cons
the structure for hierarchy and the controls for assigning followers or permission rights feel underdeveloped and could use refinement and I would really appreciate dedicated, more user-friendly features that let me maintain employee journals with greater ease and consistency.

I find the tool performs as expected when I review coworkers and whenever I send 360 Reviews to managers it reliably produces a tidy file. Additionally I like that the batch operations function is excellent.
Cons
When organizational changes are required, I find the process difficult and lacking fluidity since I have to update a single user's information in several different areas of the platform and the Department area, In my experience feels disorganized and cluttered.
