“Valuable 360 feedback
Pros
Running full 360-degree feedback cycles has been very valuable for our team. I especially like that we can run several cycles at once without any conflict which helps us organize our review schedule much better. Consolidating all our surveys into one system was a clear improvement, it got rid of the fragmented tools we were juggling before. The customization is also great we can anonymize, edit and share responses selectively which fits our process perfectly.
Cons
I would like improved reporting so that we can extract data for individual questions within a 360 feedback cycle which would help with more granular analysis and follow-up. Regarding result sharing, I have two requests: first, enable sharing of overall outcomes without revealing which respondent group contributed which specific scores even if only averages are shown, second, provide an option to omit or hide particular sections when exporting or distributing the shared results document.

Pros
I am pleased that whenever I sent an email, I received a response back within the hour every time.
Cons
For me it would be helpful if we could choose whether a survey is anonymous or not since HR users can access responses without any additional click.

I value the ongoing communication with the support team because they consistently work hard to meet our objectives and additionally the platform itself feels simple to use which makes daily use pleasant.
Cons
When I have to launch performance appraisals there is significant manual work involved and I would really appreciate seeing a greater degree of automation implemented in future updates since it would organise our processes considerably :)

“Flexible but needs more automation

I appreciate how flexible the platform is when it comes to constructing processes, crafting different question types, configuring rating scales and adjusting other parameters because that versatility provides me with significant opportunities to design a wide range of HR workflows including performance evaluations, goal assessments, full 360-degree feedback cycles and peer-to-peer reviews, all tailored to our needs.
Cons
From my perspective, I would strongly suggest the team prioritize UX/UI enhancements and I believe it would be valuable to keep focusing on simplifying the experience and introducing more automation so as to cut down on the amount of manual work required by administrators while also streamlining navigation to eliminate unnecessary steps.

“Easy design for routine processes
Pros
What I particularly appreciate is the platform's simple, easy-to-use design and I find the selection of built-in templates including surveys, end-of-probation reviews and appraisals to be very helpful in organising our routine processes. Moreover, it supports external 360-degree feedback and allows me to schedule regular check-ins with ease.
Cons
A drawback I've come across is that the Journal and Instant Feedback modules are available only to supervisors which means I, along with other non-supervisory colleagues, cannot access those specific features.

I've found the technical support to be exceptionally responsive and the software presents a clean, attractive and clean user interface that makes navigation smooth.
Cons

“A remarkably simple & effective setup

As the person who led the implementation, I found the system remarkably simple to set up for 360-degree feedback and because the 360-question bank was fully editable and could be adjusted to mirror our firm's values and priorities, employees consistently indicated that completing their reviewer duties was painless, additionally, I was able to determine exactly where to place comment fields and which open-ended questions should be mandatory and the resulting reports were customized and very well received by all participants.
Cons
I have no complaints. Initially I worried that, as an HR professional lacking dedicated in-house technical support, the setup and deployment would be difficult to accomplish but in practice everything functioned smoothly and met my expectations.

I am impressed by how simple and interactive the platform is and deploying it across our entire organization was remarkably simple and fast.
Cons
Sometimes I'd like the ability to simply 'like' or 'love' the pieces of feedback my colleagues post and tag others in because I can't always spare the moments required to compose a full reply, in those instances it would be incredibly helpful to be able to tap a quick 'like' or 'love' reaction so the team can see at a glance that I've reviewed and acknowledged their comments.

I find the system remarkably simple to use both from an administrator's perspective and for everyday users making routine tasks much easier to complete.
Cons
Because it does not allow me to schedule reviews or automate notifications, administering the system becomes very time-consuming for my team, particularly since we manage 11 different divisions that each perform two to three reviews per year at various, nonaligned times.

As both an administrator and a regular user, I find the interface remarkably simple for everyone involved and I appreciate how extensively I can tailor it to fit our company's workflows and requirements.
Cons
I would find it much easier to adopt a new solution if there were clearer options for simulating reviews and appraisals in a safe, non-production environment before we make anything live because that would reduce onboarding friction and potential mistakes.

Having gone through the supplied tutorial, I found it easy and comprehensive enough for me to confidently navigate and use Primalogik while its automated follow-up capabilities have boosted my engagement rates and the tracked metrics can be adjusted so they only include the elements I require.
Cons
For my organization, the cost feels more like a luxury than a necessary investment. The preset templates are also too rigid for our needs we can't customize them enough to fit our specific processes.

Pros
Because of how simple this software is to operate, I find myself really appreciating it as I was able to pick it up and begin using it almost immediately with very little guidance, demonstration or formal training, the simple design means there was no steep learning curve. It fulfills all of my requirements for both our yearly performance reviews and the ongoing review activities throughout the year. One aspect I particularly value is the ability to customize appraisal forms precisely to match what we intended to develop, rather than having to cram our review processes into someone else's predetermined template or structure.
Cons
One recurring concern that staff have raised with me relates to how anonymous the 360-degree feedback truly is and although we do have the ability to manage those privacy settings, it would be helpful if the system prominently displayed the anonymity status to participants at the moment they initiate a 360-degree feedback request so there is no confusion or uncertainty about how their responses will be handled.

I appreciated that our team could run performance appraisals, comprehensive 360-degree evaluations and targeted employee surveys which made assessing performance and gathering feedback much more structured.
Cons
In my experience several of the labels and phrases inside the application are not immediately simple or self-explanatory so it can take extra time to interpret what some features actually do.

“A highly configurable and recommended tool

We sought a solution that would provide 360-degree feedback alongside automated annual review workflows and this product delivered on that need with a great deal of configurability for both elements, the 360 process in particular outperformed most other options I evaluated at this price range. As we began to deploy it more broadly, additional modules and tools revealed themselves and have proven genuinely useful to our teams while the onboarding, support and training resources are simple to follow and consistently responsive. Overall I am extremely satisfied with our investment and would strongly recommend it to organizations that want powerful functionality without exceeding budget constraints.
Cons
The only capability I find missing is the ability to run surveys that target external participants outside our company which I would particularly like to use for Net Promoter Score campaigns, if that external survey functionality were available, I would definitely utilize it for those NPS measurements.

We initially acquired Primalogik because of its 360-degree review functionality before long we expanded our usage to include opinion surveys, daily health checks, goal setting, performance management and several other features.
Cons
As an HR professional, I have already submitted feedback concerning several enhancements I'd like to see, such as a dedicated area for simple uploading and archival of resumes, along with the addition of more adaptable security role configurations.
