Pros
Running full 360-degree feedback cycles has been very valuable for our team. I especially like that we can run several cycles at once without any conflict which helps us organize our review schedule much better. Consolidating all our surveys into one system was a clear improvement, it got rid of the fragmented tools we were juggling before. The customization is also great we can anonymize, edit and share responses selectively which fits our process perfectly.
Cons
I would like improved reporting so that we can extract data for individual questions within a 360 feedback cycle which would help with more granular analysis and follow-up. Regarding result sharing, I have two requests: first, enable sharing of overall outcomes without revealing which respondent group contributed which specific scores even if only averages are shown, second, provide an option to omit or hide particular sections when exporting or distributing the shared results document.

As the person who led the implementation, I found the system remarkably simple to set up for 360-degree feedback and because the 360-question bank was fully editable and could be adjusted to mirror our firm's values and priorities, employees consistently indicated that completing their reviewer duties was painless, additionally, I was able to determine exactly where to place comment fields and which open-ended questions should be mandatory and the resulting reports were customized and very well received by all participants.
Cons
I have no complaints. Initially I worried that, as an HR professional lacking dedicated in-house technical support, the setup and deployment would be difficult to accomplish but in practice everything functioned smoothly and met my expectations.

Because of how simple this software is to operate, I find myself really appreciating it as I was able to pick it up and begin using it almost immediately with very little guidance, demonstration or formal training, the simple design means there was no steep learning curve. It fulfills all of my requirements for both our yearly performance reviews and the ongoing review activities throughout the year. One aspect I particularly value is the ability to customize appraisal forms precisely to match what we intended to develop, rather than having to cram our review processes into someone else's predetermined template or structure.
Cons
One recurring concern that staff have raised with me relates to how anonymous the 360-degree feedback truly is and although we do have the ability to manage those privacy settings, it would be helpful if the system prominently displayed the anonymity status to participants at the moment they initiate a 360-degree feedback request so there is no confusion or uncertainty about how their responses will be handled.

We sought a solution that would provide 360-degree feedback alongside automated annual review workflows and this product delivered on that need with a great deal of configurability for both elements, the 360 process in particular outperformed most other options I evaluated at this price range. As we began to deploy it more broadly, additional modules and tools revealed themselves and have proven genuinely useful to our teams while the onboarding, support and training resources are simple to follow and consistently responsive. Overall I am extremely satisfied with our investment and would strongly recommend it to organizations that want powerful functionality without exceeding budget constraints.
Cons
The only capability I find missing is the ability to run surveys that target external participants outside our company which I would particularly like to use for Net Promoter Score campaigns, if that external survey functionality were available, I would definitely utilize it for those NPS measurements.

At times I find that sorting or organizing certain data sets, for example, tracking work anniversaries, can be somewhat awkward and time-consuming, creating mild friction in my workflow, nevertheless, in the relatively short few months we've been with Primalogik I've already observed tangible improvements to these areas as the team addresses usability and organization concerns.

It offers flexibility with custom questions which appealed to our ops director who picked it from several competing tools, I didn't have a chance to test it before that decision was made but cost apparently played a significant role in the selection and at minimum the system generates, processes and archives results for future reference.

The user experience, however, is awful and completely un simple, leaving me frequently wondering how to retrieve the particular review I need because the interface is cluttered with overlapping menus and, most importantly button labels that either behave unpredictably or are so ambiguous that I cannot form any expectation of their outcome, following our first 360-cycle nobody realized responses were not truly anonymous and in our small company designations such as 'peer' or 'manager' often make the source obvious which strikes me as a major, embarrassing lapse.

Having used it myself, I found the overall functionality refreshingly simple, to the point that even users without any prior experience can use it with confidence and I particularly appreciate how the system tailors the emails sent to participants making communication feel suitably adaptable to our needs.
Cons
I constructed our appraisal process from scratch and then had to retrofit it to fit within Primalogik's framework, there were certain features and workflows we ultimately had to sacrifice (which is acceptable) and it is somewhat frustrating that the platform seems to mandate a manager's comment on an individual's self-reflection and goals, there may be a workaround but we have not yet discovered one.

“efficient for team reviews
Pros
Filling out forms and then reviewing them with my team proved simple and efficient and without any formal instruction I could log in immediately and initiate my own review while also establishing the review workflow for my team, the interface feels highly simple and I appreciate that the system allows me to incrementally expand its capabilities over time for example, beginning with broad surveys and progressively incorporating specific objectives and other elements like goals as our process evolves.
Cons
The default survey feels overly generic to me and I anticipate that we will have to allocate resources toward tailoring the surveys to our needs, it would be much more useful if there were built-in templates or options that let us customize questionnaires according to the specific nature of our business, for instance, consulting.

“Simple tool with custom prompts
Pros
I find the platform simple for both employees and employers and I appreciate that it lets me create customized prompts, from open-ended questions to multiple choice options, space for comments and immediate rating capability.
Cons
Getting the system configured for employees the first time we run performance reviews was far from simple For me since our organization uses numerous disparate employee systems, each with slight variations, the initial implementation and migration took an excessive amount of time and effort.

“Outstanding and responsive customer service
Pros
I've found the customer service to be outstanding, responding very quickly and I've never had to wait for an answer or for technical support which has made my experience consistently smooth and reassuring.
Cons
There really aren't any issues I've come across, I haven't experienced any problems with the software, the website or the support team so there is nothing substantive to report.

“Using it only because we paid!

We're continuing to use the platform solely because we've already paid for the annual subscription and it remains essential to fulfilling our company's mission to retain comprehensive records of quarterly performance reviews together with 360-degree feedback data.
Cons
I find the interface far from simple and extracting reports is a difficult process that frequently forces me to reach out to Customer Experience for assistance nearly every time I interact with the product.

We find that the platform meets our primary needs for gathering feedback and running performance evaluations and from a user's standpoint the layout is simple and easy to navigate.
Cons
I feel the product could be far more capable with additional functionality and a tidier, more clearly structured interface since at the moment the overall design and organization come across as somewhat dated.

Cons

As someone who uses it regularly, I find the interface simple to navigate and it delivers excellent value for the price, it has saved me a tremendous amount of time and energy, my colleagues reported they really enjoyed it and I appreciated the multiple anonymity choices available.
Cons
I love this product thoroughly and while it meets most of our needs, I would welcome distinct Self Assessment features as optional enhancements rather than core requirements, additionally, we come across a situation where one participant requested their feedback be removed, yet I have not found any mechanism within the system to allow such a withdrawal.

“Outstanding service and evaluation framework
Pros
In my experience their customer service is outstanding, I've consistently found representatives to be reachable both by telephone and via live chat and they have been exceptionally helpful. To date, we're very satisfied with the software itself which offers an excellent framework for evaluating staff and administering 360-degree reviews.
Cons
I haven't come across any drawbacks so far and at this point I can report no negatives to highlight.
