Their mobile app makes requesting time off pretty simple and effortless.

Finding the legend code for time-off types takes some digging. It would be nice if they attached the code somewhere in the app for quick reference.

Really user friendly interface which makes goal setting and documentation easy. I've found it particularly helpful for managing peer reviews too.
