Managing time off requests is simple and I can quickly see how much vacation time I have left for the year. The company holiday schedule is also super easy to access whenever I need it.

It's difficult to go back and change requests you've already submitted. When you need extended time off that uses different types of leave, things get really confusing, I'm not even sure if the system actually allows that. Also booking longer periods where you work different hours each day is way more complicated than it should be.
