Managing time off for my 25-person team has become very easy with this platform. The customization options are impressive and I love how staff can handle their own requests while approvals remain simple for me. It's powerful yet user-friendly and honestly worth every cent for managing our PTO process.
Cons
The setup process can be tricky at first especially figuring out how employee data and time-off information work differently. It took me a while to wrap my head around it but the PurelyHR support team helped us get everything configured quickly once we reached out.
