“Everything about it is fantastic

Pros

Everything is fantastic. The public plan for new features, the ability to choose who sees comments, how simple it is to use and do actions in bulk. Plus the fact that you can customize almost anything and the customer support is good too. And of course, the careers site builder is super.

Cons

Finding my way around the settings area can sometimes feel a bit confusing.

“Designed with users in mind

Pros

Recruitee appears to have been designed with the people actually using it in mind. Because of that, it is very instinctive and needs almost no explanation for my team to understand.

Cons

The reporting tool is not a good fit for us because we are always hiring and we don't mark a job as closed after hiring someone. But this reporting feature is not very important to us at the moment so it is definitely not a reason to stop using it.

“Very pleasant at every level

Pros

The system is user-friendly. Anyone can use it. I must say a very pleasant at every level.

Cons

It is actively being developed. There is a solid foundation but in terms of extra features, there is more to gain. The team is fully focused on that! So I am sure it will all work out well.

“The best desktop and mobile app

Pros

Recruitee is a desktop and mobile app for both people looking for jobs and companies hiring which makes it the best. Plus the video interview feature in the app is excellent.

Cons

Occasionally links stop working and I am not sure why but overall I really like the app. So there are no major technical problems to mention.

“I likee how candidates are displayed

Pros

I like the way candidates are displayed and how they move through the hiring stages. Also it is very simple to operate and it is easy to tag managers to make sure everyone is informed.

Cons

The reporting could be improved and so could the connections with other software. I do not have a full recruiter account on LinkedIn so I cannot use Recruitee and LinkedIn together fully. The result of it is that a lot of information gets lost or has to be entered manually because the two systems do not communicate. As a result, my reports are not accurate if I forget to copy something from LinkedIn into it.
