“Simple tool with live process view
Pros
It is a simple recruiting tool that's easy to set up. Plus it lets recruiters and hiring managers see a live, current view of the whole hiring process. I mean they can see every step from where applicants come from, through all stages, to the job offer and final signing.
Cons
The login process and how it looks on a mobile screen can be a bit confusing and cluttered when you are hiring for many different roles. And I think the design could be simpler and fit the screen better.

The tool makes everything simple such as easy to organize, even candidates. Plus it is simple to talk and work with the rest of the team.

Pros
I really like the Recruitee layout and its wide range of hiring tools. This platform has made a recruiter's job so much simpler making the whole hiring process smooth. Plus we can share notes with the team and handle candidates much better. So highly suggested for small and medium-sized companies.
Cons
Overall it is a good tool but I have sometimes found the reporting section a bit restricted and setting up the hiring stages could be more flexible for complicated hiring processes.

“posting jobs is very easy with it
Pros
It makes posting and listing jobs very simple. It also lets you list openings on many different job sites. Plus the hiring team can work together during the process, sharing candidate profiles, notes and feedback.
Cons
I noticed the tool does not have very strong or detailed reporting features.

“Team collaboration is a highlight
Pros
The team collaboration features are a real highlight. Plus comments, feedback and ratings can be shared directly on the platform making the whole recruitment process efficient and transparent. Although Recruitee is convincing in many areas, there is room for improvement in KPI evaluation and data tracking. But the existing functions cover the basics however could be more powerful with advanced metrics and more customizable reporting options. It would also be great if the platform would focus more on Artificial Intelligence.

Pros
Recruitee covers 90 to 95% of the recruiting workflow. Unlike many systems built by non-recruiters, they have either hired recruiters on their team or genuinely listened to user feedback.
Cons
Connections with some other software like LinkedIn Recruiter, took a long time to set up and still feel awkward. And if you want to change the job description, it does not properly update through the link.

Pros
The free trial is excellent for getting a feel for it when you are just starting out.
Cons
After the trial ends, you will only be interacting with automated bots and won't get real customer service. So I'd recommend avoiding it for that reason!

Pros
We liked how simple it was to get Recruitee up and running. The webpage editor is also clear and easy to work with. Letting hiring managers handle candidates is neat and uncomplicated too.
Cons
It doesn't connect directly with Indeed, one of the biggest recruiting sites in the US. This makes it not very useful because we have to add jobs through Indeed and then manually link them back to the tool, wasting a huge amount of time. Also most of the helpful features for mid-sized businesses are only on the expensive Enterprise plan. Overall it is a bit annoying that 90% of their development seems to go only to Enterprise users.

Having the entire hiring process in one central tool and the many customizable automations in our account save time.
Cons
The cost of it can increase as you need more features and additional users which can become very expensive for small companies. I also noticed that the initial learning curve is steep.
