Its a quick and easy to use software. I also like the fact that employees schedules will sync with payroll once approved. It works efficiently and gets the job done.
Cons
Some of the features are a little time consuming, like there is not a way to share information between the linked files.

Cons
The biggest drawback is that customisation isnt possible with this system. The customer support is not very cooperative and is unavailable at times.Unfortunately, this system has only increased costs.

Pros
The system is easy to use and customize, requiring minimal training for new users. It is quite intuitive. While it offers a few customizable options, including an Open API, it is not overly complex. It provides excellent value for our budget and customer service is fantastic.
Cons
The job boards section feels like an all or nothing setup. I wish there was a way to track specifics, like when a post is live or closed (or when sponsorship ends). Once you add a job source, it stays there permanently.

I find it easy to use and teach managers how to use it properly. The system allows me to tailor applications and processes for each role based on the preferences of the hiring manager or team.
Cons
Sometimes, sending emails through the tool causes formatting issues especially when inserting tables.
