Instead of having one lengthy report with scant detail, perhaps break up the report’s formatting. Increasing the amount of details will also be helpful for us when engaging with stakeholders. Currently, the reports make it tough to determine where all candidates are in the pipeline. These few issues need to be resolved and then this software can become the ideal choice. Whatever other shortcomings may be, they can be easily handled with the help of their great customer support.
