Pros
It is very easy to check for duplicate data with just one click and I can customize the opening and interview rounds.
Cons
I cannot raise requisitions or cancel calendar invitations sent to candidates. I also struggle to fill out forms customized for candidates while the recruiter uploads the CV. Most of the time, the resume parser does not accurately capture information. Additionally, it fails to integrate with most job portals and online assessment tools.

Pros
I primarily use it from the backend and like the main screen where I can view all applicants listed clearly.
Cons
The chat feature is not very intuitive which makes it hard to figure out where to respond to messages. I also believe there should be a simpler, clearer way to track the exact status of the interview process.

Pros
Recruiterbox is easy to use, customize and navigate. It has become my secret weapon for keeping all parts of the recruitment process on track when working with our hiring managers. The simplicity it offers, especially in the interviewing process, is a great help for those who do not hire regularly.
Cons
Recruiterbox does not integrate with our other HR software and programs. While this is a minor issue for us, w are able to carry out our processes without the integration.

Pros
This software is very user-friendly and simplifies tracking applicants through the hiring process.
Cons
My only issue has been trying to import bulk resumes into Recruiterbox. It does not allow this because some of the resume titles contain characters that are not permitted.

Pros
I have enjoyed the option to track job postings and associate candidates with those openings all in one easy to use platform. Our team can collaborate on postings and candidates and we can tailor process flows individually. Integrating postings with our website was a major advantage. Recruiterbox has become my primary resource for all hiring and interviewing needs.
Cons
The interface seems to change roughly every six months and it always takes me a bit of time to adjust.
