“True all-in-one restaurant platform
Pros
What stands out most is that it works as a true one-stop shop and I've been able to replace multiple legacy systems with a single aligned solution.
Cons
When we pushed some features live, they weren't quite mature enough to meet our specific needs which I suppose is a fair trade-off for being early adopters, personally we learned a tremendous amount from those rough edges and I suspect the product itself evolved through that process as well.

“easy document attachments enable paperless work
Pros
One feature I really value is how easy it is to attach documents to entries which helped me move to a paperless workflow without hassle.
Cons
When I tried using it across several different companies, I found the interface wasn't very user-friendly and it became frustrating to manage.

In daily use, I've found the accounting module extremely comprehensive and it covers everything I expected and more.
Cons
In my experience the managers' log and scheduling tools were noticeably weaker, I'm convinced there are much better products available on the market.

A big plus for me is how it merges operations with financials and I like that routine tasks such as AP and inventory entry are handled efficiently.
Cons
As a new user I'm frustrated by how unreliable it feels. While I'm trying to learn, I need stable, predictable behavior but this platform often fails to update cleanly or promptly. It might be because it's cloud-hosted, yet the frequent inconsistencies make me feel completely derailed and flustered.

From my perspective, the application feels very convenient and I've seen automation significantly boost efficiency for our accounting team.
Cons
I know the company is still fairly new so I do find bugs and occasional glitches but their support staff is excellent and they resolve problems immediately.

As an accountant, I'm grateful that I can dig into every transaction detail and I value being able to upload documents as supporting backups.
Cons
I find that when system updates are rolled out, the application often needs about a week before it returns to normal operation and during that recovery time several other features or settings can end up disrupted or misplaced.

Pros
As a first-time restaurant manager, I find it easy to use and I can manage scheduling, inventory issues and ordering from one central place.
Cons
The main drawback for me is that it is such a large program with so many features that it can be overwhelming to learn everything. Every day I seem to discover something new about how it works which is helpful but I really wish someone had given me a condensed crash course when I first started using the software. A short guided overview back then would have made picking up the system a lot less intimidating.

“Fast multi-location receipt retrieval
Pros
I'm able to retrieve receipts from multiple restaurant locations very quickly and without hassle. Pulling these reports is basically the main way I use this program.
Cons
Pulling a specific receipt requires several steps that feel like they could be simplified. On top of that, I have to log out and then log back in to view receipts for different restaurants in the same group since I can't access them all in one session.

“Promised features never delivered!!
Pros
When I only paid attention to their sales pitch, it seemed like a dependable product. The onboarding experience was excellent and the setup was handled smoothly. I appreciate that it's cloud-based. However the dashboard took ages to show accurate data. Now it has stopped working entirely and we've been told for a month that extra resources are being assigned to fix it. If the product actually delivered everything the sales team promised, I'd consider it a great solution. Sadly, in my experience the promises made by sales and the actual functionality are out of sync.
Cons
We experienced clear misrepresentations. Before deciding to move our systems from it, a number of features were promised but we've spent countless hours trying to understand why many inventory functions, such as PARs, don't work. Eventually we were told the feature is still under development. The kinds of responses we're getting from support after a year sound like this: 'There were some issues discovered that forced us to roll it back with the intention of re-releasing it shortly after. It has been deprioritized since then, however, I am expecting it to be re-released this quarter. I will follow up with our product team to get a more concrete expectation for you.' Or: 'They are working to correct it in a more targeted fashion with additional resources now involved in the project. Regardless, I escalated your inquiry just to make sure all parties are aware of what you are experiencing.' Those replies keep coming but we still have no real solutions.

“Powerful cloud accounting and reporting
Pros
As a user, I've discovered several things I really like: it's cloud-based so I can access it anywhere, it supports an unlimited number of users and I can attach invoice images directly when entering invoices. Bank reconciliations are incredibly fast and efficient, they honestly knock our socks off. There are lots of pre-built reports that I can tweak and being able to drill into P&Ls and balance sheets has leveled up how our team audits financial statements.
Cons
I've run into a few drawbacks that frustrate me: the development team often can't resolve bugs as quickly as I'd like and sometimes fixes take far longer than I expect. I also find the search feature could use improvement, while you technically can search for anything, you usually have to guess exactly how something was entered into the system to get useful results.

“Best-in-class ledger and budgeting
Pros
From my experience, the general ledger and accounting functions here outperform any other hybrid analytics-and-accounting packages I've tested. The budgeting feature is top-notch. I also really appreciate how simply data can be exported to Excel and then brought back into the system. In general, this platform has even helped me coach my operations managers into thinking and acting like full-fledged business managers!
Cons
It doesn't support handling credit card tip payouts that are included on servers' and bartenders' paychecks which is a limitation for our payroll.

“Tech-forward multi-unit accounting
Pros
it is very tech-forward and I like the uploading tools, they're great. Setting up new legal entities and locations is really easy for me. Reporting has been reliable and keeps improving and when bank reconciliation works properly I think it's excellent. Overall I consider it a strong option for multi-unit companies.
Cons
Software can be flaky on occasion although in my experience the problems are usually resolved fairly quickly.

“excel-like interface with easy exports
Pros
Being online-based and accessible from anywhere is something I really appreciate. The spreadsheet-style layout reminds me so much of Excel that it's immediately familiar to accountants which makes the transition feasible. On top of that, I find it incredibly handy that almost every report can be exported straight into Excel for further work without extra formatting.
Cons
Occasionally the processing feels slower than I'd prefer though I recognize that's a common trade-off with web-based software and not entirely unexpected.
