I enjoyed using Roosted HR

Pros

A number of its features made my life much easier. Everything I needed was included, and the documentation was easy to follow. The support team was great for the few questions I had.

Cons

It might have been my internet, but it occasionally loaded slowly at home, so I suspect its my connection causing the issue.

Good but need more time to learn it

Pros

A great addition as I am able to manage and share any schedule information among employees.

Cons

I feel I need more time to learn its tools and I have been receiving too many spam messages to my email.

Freed up so much time

Pros

Its accessibility makes it simple for staff to arrange shift switches.

Cons

There is nothing to complain about. Everything was good, though it sometimes took a few tries to figure things out.

Practical for Management and Employees

Pros

It immediately updates employees about shifts as soon as I post them on Roosted HR. I can also contact everyone on a shift right away if there are any last-minute changes.

Cons

I dislike the "bail out" button. I also do not like that employees can easily back out after confirming and there seem to be too many texts and emails when filling work shifts.

Improving gradually

Pros

Good choice for big corporations

Pros

Although I did not use it as much as planned, the scheduling template was easy to read and use. It was user-friendly and versatile.

Cons

It was not what I was looking for, which is why I did not use it much. However, I did probably use it more if I had a larger corporation.

Pros

The ease of use and flexibility are great. Also it is incredibly simple to create and manage employee schedules.

Cons

There are not many integrations. It would be nice to have a way to connect a sales POS system.

Perfect for my use

Pros

Roosted HR is easy to navigate on both mobile and laptop devices. Moreover it is really simple to use.

Cons

I did prefer if there were more features included without having to pay extra. A longer trial period would also be helpful.

Easy to use but not for me

Pros

Incredibly simple and easy to use. The software does exactly what it promises.

Cons

I actually liked the software a lot, but it seems better suited for internal communications. I needed something more effective for coordinating scheduling with clients and customers.

The primary reason we use this software is its affordability.

Cons
