I am often juggling the schedules for birthday party characters, and I need to manage a lot of people who work sporadically in their free time. I really wish there was an option to have more than 10 workers for free in my case. I dislike the new view and wish I could stick with the old view permanently.

It is an easy way for our small management team and all freelancers to see our status in real-time.

Cons

I cannot assign staff to multiple events in one day. While the clash notification feature is helpful, it would be great to have an option to override or accept clashes anyway.

I find it very easy to use and like how mobile-friendly it is. It's an all-in-one as it fits the entire months schedule on a single sheet of legal or letter-sized paper.

The copy and paste function needs improvement.

The software is quite buggy, and there is no option to clock in multiple people simultaneously.

Its simplifies for us to look up past and future shifts and manage how I can inactivate or reactivate them with just a click.

It would be useful to have past shifts listed on the current shift page. I did prefer being able to click on a workers name to view their past and future shifts as an admin, rather than navigating through extra pages.
