The team behind the platform is impressive, they're always willing to help and no request ever feels impossible. Their dedication shows through in the product itself.
Cons
When enriching data I occasionally have to press the action button more than once and while it's minor it becomes noticeable for me when working through 100+ profiles.

“Advanced boolean search and ats integration
Pros
Boolean search and filtering options outperform anything else I've tried making it easy to narrow down candidates. I also value being able to pull contacts and import them directly into my ATS.
Cons
Clearer insight into which candidates are actively job-seeking and what locations they're open to would really help me target my outreach more effectively.

The built-in filters save me hours compared to LinkedIn searches. I can quickly focus on candidates who actually match the role which has been incredibly helpful.
Cons
The delay in syncing LinkedIn updates can be frustrating for me since profiles are sometimes a month to six weeks behind and I may miss recently updated candidates.

From a sourcing perspective, the platform was easy for my team to understand and use and the insights we gain from it have proven very valuable.
Cons
For our higher-volume teams I've found the strict monthly limit on export credits to be the main drawback as it can feel restrictive at scale.

Navigating the platform is easy and the support team has been very helpful with training. I now rely on this software more than LinkedIn because it uncovers candidates who don't appear in typical searches.
Cons
At first the software felt tougher to get used to, probably because I wasn't giving it a fair shot while also learning LinkedIn recruiting simultaneously. After I invested the time to work through its features and familiarize myself with how it operates, I found it became easy and easy to pick up.

One thing I really like about this tool is its messaging campaign feature which makes it much easier for me to follow up with candidates.
Cons
For my workflow it would significantly speed up searches if the tool offered a much simpler way to automatically generate Boolean strings instead of relying on manual construction.

I've been impressed by the breadth of search tools available and it surfaces a wide range of profiles instead of the repetitive, similar ones you might see on other platforms. There are tons of useful filters and multiple ways to search and the support crew is really responsive, they patiently walk me through how to use different features.
Cons
So far I haven't come across any drawbacks or negatives while using this product.

Pulling data from a wide variety of sources has impressed me and it makes my searches feel much more comprehensive.
Cons
I'm annoyed by the keyword formatting and that I can't filter by graduation year. The grad-year keyword barely turns up many candidates for me so I feel it's missing a lot of junior profiles. It could just be because this tool seems designed mainly for hiring more seasoned professionals.

Setting up my own projects is simple and I find it quick and easy to download email addresses and other contact information for candidates.
Cons
the monthly credit allowance is frustrating. I have to spend credits both to download email addresses and to export candidate details, those actions should count as a single credit.

It helps me find accurate results consistently and I really appreciate the variety of filter options available.
Cons
I've noticed there seems to be a cap on how many views I can have each day or week and the searches stop working after a certain number of uses, if they could raise that limit it would make the tool so much more useful.
