Pros
Even though our team hasn't been using the app for very long we've already been able to clearly identify truly committed and proactive employees through its tracking and engagement features. Seeing those patterns emerge so quickly has been genuinely impressive as it's providing meaningful insight much sooner than we expected.
Cons
I feel like the platform is a bit outdated and could really use a more modern update.

Pros
Having access to a large, diverse database is very helpful, allowing me to select candidates who fit various vacancies across multiple roles.
Cons
Sometimes I notice that the platform's data isn't always completely accurate, however, in many situations I can improve results by adjusting and tightening the search filters which usually helps clean up the candidate listings and yield more relevant matches.

The filter controls are simple to operate and I've noticed it makes narrowing down candidates much quicker and less frustrating.
Cons
That said even a single misplaced space or typo stops the search from returning results which really annoys me though I can live with it.

The platform is extremely user-friendly and I've found AI Match to be the best option I've used offering a wide variety of relevant search results.
Cons
For me LinkedIn-only results aren't sufficient, I would like to see additional sources such as Dice and Monster added.

Cons
I do find it frustrating that there's a credit limit on exporting providers though I understand it's a business constraint and not necessarily a flaw in the service.

As a hiring manager, I find the sourcing tools outstanding for Veterans and D&I recruitment and I can easily use them to identify qualified candidates quickly.
Cons

Targeting diverse candidate markets is a real advantage and I've discovered talent I probably wouldn't have found otherwise.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see is quicker, clearer information about what candidates actually do day-to-day within each role, a fuller description field under every job title would really help. It would also be useful if there were a visible indicator showing who is currently 'open to work' versus those who aren't.

What I like most is the flexibility across features. Adjusting the location radius shows me changes in results instantly and I can track trends like where former employees of a company have moved to.
Cons
My main issue is that it doesn't let me filter degree results by specific disciplines so I can't narrow searches down to particular fields of study.

The navigation panel is a highlight for me, the mix of filters, keyword and Boolean search makes targeting results much easier. I also appreciate being able to save multiple searches into projects and collaborate with colleagues.
Cons
An embedded help feature for building keyword or Boolean queries would really help me especially as a less experienced user who'd prefer guidance without hunting through external documentation.

The search feature itself is instinctive and reliable. I get more relevant candidates here than on other boards and exporting contacts works easily. I was able to start using it productively from day one without lengthy training.
Cons
One thing I'm unsure about is whether it's a limitation or just a setting but I can't download a candidate's resume or directly view a profile file which sometimes slows me down.
