“early success finding committed employees

Pros

Even though our team hasn't been using the app for very long we've already been able to clearly identify truly committed and proactive employees through its tracking and engagement features. Seeing those patterns emerge so quickly has been genuinely impressive as it's providing meaningful insight much sooner than we expected.

Cons

I feel like the platform is a bit outdated and could really use a more modern update.

The precise search filters make finding candidates much faster and I often choose this tool over LinkedIn for efficiency.

Having access to a large, diverse database is very helpful, allowing me to select candidates who fit various vacancies across multiple roles.

Sometimes I notice that the platform's data isn't always completely accurate, however, in many situations I can improve results by adjusting and tightening the search filters which usually helps clean up the candidate listings and yield more relevant matches.

It would also be useful if there were a visible indicator showing who is currently 'open to work' versus those who aren't.

My main issue is that it doesn't let me filter degree results by specific disciplines so I can't narrow searches down to particular fields of study.
