Honestly I find the platform fantastic, it's simple to use, very convenient and all the tutorials are in place and easy to follow!

Convenient candidate response process

Pros

I've found this tool really simple to use and very convenient. Candidates are able to respond to questions from their own environment and our hiring managers can quickly pull up and evaluate their submissions.

Cons

Occasionally I have trouble organizing candidates because the labels and tags feel a bit awkward though I admit this is minor since the solution otherwise works wonderfully for us.

Highly efficient interview management

Pros

Using this tool has been a huge help in making our interview and selection process far more efficient. My team handles roughly 200-300 interviews each year and coordinating every part of that workflow used to eat up a lot of time. We first tested the platform with one of our programs and it worked really well. We've since deployed it across more than four programs and honestly it feels like I've gained an extra two to three people on my team.

Cons

On first glance I find a few elements on the main dashboard confusing and while setup takes some time and attention, I consider it manageable.

okay so.... I rely on this fast, efficient and reliable tool every day as part of my recruitment workflow.

Cons

Within our setup I see the tool integrate easily with our ATS and everything runs smoothly without noticeable drawbacks.

Early candidate evaluation

Pros

I can conduct candidate evaluations right at the start of our recruitment workflow to quickly weed out unqualified applicants and highlight highly regarded talent for further consideration. In practice, this saves our clients a lot of time because they can treat the videos produced by this tool as an initial interview and watch them at their convenience throughout the day.

Cons

Looking ahead I'd like more editing flexibility so I could trim videos or remove issues like Wi-Fi interruptions when needed.

easy ATs integration

Pros

Up till now we've found the product extremely easy to hook up to our Applicant Tracking System and because it speeds up interviews it has significantly improved our time-to-fill metrics across roles.

Cons

I'd like to see additional customization features for candidate communication inside the tool since we recruit across multiple hubs and I need the ability to tailor messages for each specific audience and role.

flexible high-volume interview tool

Pros

For our organization the most significant benefit of bringing this tool on board has been the flexibility it provided us to let applicants go through a high-quality interview experience during an especially challenging period. We were also able to make it possible for our principals to quickly watch and evaluate dozens upon dozens of interviews in a very short amount of time which saved us a tremendous amount of scheduling headaches.

Cons

We found just a single glitch with the software yet it was resolved after a handful of phone calls and some cooperative work between the tool's helpdesk and our IT department.

Pros

It's easy to send interviews to candidates and the filtering options let me quickly find who's accepted, completed, or in another status. I also appreciate being able to forward a candidate's video to other interviewers. We've gotten positive comments from applicants about how smooth and user-friendly the whole process feels.

Cons

I wish there was a way for me to view the exact timestamp when the invitation was sent so I can track how long a candidate has to complete it.

Pros

I loved how feature-rich and easy to use this tool is. Setting up video interviews for candidates was completely hassle-free and being able to create unique links to hand off to hiring managers made the process much smoother.

Cons

At most I would have liked more active templates tailored to a wider variety of roles. It's not clear to me whether there's a feature that allows hiring managers to upload pre-recorded video interviews for candidates.

frustrating trial and restrictions

video quality was excellent and I also liked how easy the candidate interface is.

Cons

trial period felt far too short and they charged my card automatically without asking me first which really upset me. I realize I had provided my credit card details but I still expect the company to confirm before taking a payment. Even the customer service person who had been following up seemed surprised that I'd been billed before we'd ever had our initial call. Also, the one-way interview response window was capped at three minutes which wasn't nearly enough for the answers I need to give, my questions demand longer responses. To get more time you're forced to move up to a higher pricing tier and that wasn't an option I wanted. On top of that, only a small number of people on my team could access the recorded interviews which felt unnecessarily restrictive.

Clear search and authorization

Pros

What I appreciate are the search capabilities and the clear authorization notices, it's well designed so anyone can use it at every step which makes tasks much easier for me.

Convenient pandemic hiring solution

Pros

Really impressed that this platform makes hiring during the pandemic much more convenient, efficient and generally less stressful for all participants. It's an excellent solution for conducting video interviews, I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try right now!

Eases COVID-era hiring logistics

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is that this tool helps make the hiring process feel reasonably 'normal' in the current COVID-19 era we're living through and because it's convenient for all parties involved it eases a lot of logistical headaches. In plain terms, I believe it's a very great video-interviewing platform that includes a wide variety of features to suit different company needs.

Cons

Although I haven't used this software extensively yet, I personally haven't found any problems with it up to this point.

Pros

Recording interviews is very helpful and I appreciate being able to replay them later so team members can watch without coordinating schedules.

Cons

In my experience it would be helpful if setting up interviews and adding an alerts screen to the dashboard were a little easier.

Efficient new-normal hiring platform

Pros

This tool feels like the "new normal" for hiring because it makes the process more efficient while keeping a personal element. I find the customizable questions, video intros/outros, branded experience and flexible pricing tiers extremely practical and the platform is very user-friendly for both my team and candidates.

Cons

So far I haven't found any real deal-breakers that would keep me from using or recommending the product. If I had to point out one drawback, it's getting some candidates to overcome their reluctance about doing a video interview, honestly, if they refuse outright, they're usually not the type of candidate my clients are looking for.
