Pros
Candidates and consultants can differentiate themselves by attaching a short video introduction to their resumes which I find really effective.
Cons
Occasionally our candidates struggle to download the required Flash components to make it run on their computers and I've noticed the audio quality can be inconsistent at times.

Pros
Managing the hiring process feels incredibly efficient and I find the convenient interfaces and expanding range of features make it simple to accomplish a wide variety of tasks.
Cons
There really needs to be a more flexible pricing plan because job openings can swing wildly. I've seen months with ten roles and then long stretches with none and more often than not we have zero openings. Yet to keep using this tool we're stuck paying for a package that covers ten job listings

“Effective for end users and admins”
Pros
software is easy to use and I find it effective both as an end user and on the administrator side.
Cons
We're stuck with strict limits on job slots because of our budget so it's not the software's fault but it does restrict how many positions I can have open and the ways I can promote them. For example, when a position covers multiple locations, I still must choose one specific location for the posting which feels restrictive.

“Excellent ATs-integrated platform”
Pros
This platform is excellent and I absolutely adore it! I find the interface incredibly user-friendly, it plugs straight into our ATS and it saves a ton of time for both candidates and hiring managers.
Cons
I do wish the connection with our ATS was deeper than it currently is. It would be ideal if the interview videos lived directly inside a candidate's application rather than forcing us to exit the ATS to watch them and then return to update the candidate's status.

I find it extremely convenient and I genuinely believe this is a standout recruiting tool for global organizations like mine.
Cons
What bothers me is that it's only available in one language which limits usability across our international teams.
