Using it for almost a year and pretty satisfied

Pros

The survey builder is easy to use with flexible, powerful editing tools. Plus the API is well-documented and integrates smoothly with other platforms. And I like the client services team as they provide excellent support.

Cons

I feel like custom applications can provide extra capabilities but they are sometimes hard to locate and use within the platform.

Pros

It is a great, easy to use tool for building and sharing surveys quickly. Plus it is lightweight and editing is also easy with it.

Cons

Well it would be really helpful to have more advanced cross-break options for analyzing responses. Also some of the design features feel a bit too basic to me.

Simple and user-friendly

Pros

Survey Sparrow is pretty easy and simple to use. Also creating and sending surveys is easy and even enjoyable. One feature I really like is offline mode as it lets me collect data without needing an internet connection which is perfect for fieldwork. Overall the platform is user-friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

I wish it offered an option to choose audiences. As I am currently using another service to fill this gap but their platform is not nearly as user-friendly as Survey Sparrow.

Quite a powerful tool

Pros

The overall experience is awesome. Creating and sharing surveys is also very easy, the shareable PDF reports look great too and I like having the option to download Excel files makes digging into the data really simple.

Cons

We would love the ability to download pre-filtered Excel reports. Though the preview option is useful but requires starting over with the survey. Also it would be great to only preview the specific question I am working on, not the entire survey.

Love using this app

Pros

It is easy to use and the interactions with employees are fun. Also I love the ability to send surveys via email and have responses recorded anonymously or with names attached.

Cons

I had to add each contact individually which was time-consuming. Plus being able to upload a list of contacts and send a survey to all of them at once would be much more efficient.

My favorite survey tool

Pros

With so many users, it is very quick and easy to gather the info you need. Plus it really streamlines the process.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that some information is incomplete.

amazing for tracking responses

Pros

I like how Survey Sparrow lets us create surveys and collect anonymous feedback through conversational data. The 360 surveys are more objective helping us work better as a team and giving a clear picture of strengths and weaknesses. Also the ability to create unique links for each survey and share them on social networks like LinkedIn and Twitter is also really useful for tracking responses separately.

Cons

It integrates well with payment platforms like Stripe but it does not support PayPal which I feel like if it does would be a valuable addition.

Customer support is top-notch

Pros

Survey Sparrow is great for sending newsletters to clients but I noticed that it does not offer any particularly standout features.

Cons

No complaints as the customer service is amazing even though there is no specific reason for them to reach out. They just connect with customers to ensure everything is going smoothly.

Pros

When we embarked on our journey, one of the standout features was the software's whitelabeling capabilities and the flexibility it offered for suitable commercial models.

Cons

Integrating SSO is not always a straightforward process. There is room for optimization in the invoicing process and tool flags.
