What I love most about Synerion is its user-friendly interface, detailed records, and accurate reporting, all of which greatly assist us in completing payroll tasks.
Cons
I am not fond of the scheduling tool it struggles to build employee schedules accurately. Despite attempts to fix it, we have mostly avoided using the scheduling part of the system due to its poor quality.
