Its accurate calculations consider varying lunch periods and automate our intricate statutory holiday rules, accruals, and mid-pay-period rate increases, significantly reducing manual work and verification. Synerion's import/export features seamlessly integrate with our payroll software, and its CoreHR module tailored to our needs perfectly. The Project Manager's insightful questions and suggestions ensured we achieved our desired outcomes, and the customer service is exceptional.

Cons

The reporting features could use improvement. While it's easy to extract employee profile data and create Excel files, other fields are less intuitive. We are still learning and might explore Crystal or Tableau for better data presentation.

What I find least appealing about this product is the difficulty in navigating back to your usual page after accidentally deviating. The inconsistency in page titles, having "Time and Attendance" on one page and "Attendance Management" in the sidebar, can be confusing. Additionally, it's inconvenient having to adjust the page position every time you log in. Regarding vacation day bookings for salaried employees, there should be a simpler way to make post-booking adjustments for accurate vacation balance reflection.
