I like their customer service and its scheduler suits employees with standard 9-5 hours. Exporting reports is a helpful administrative feature.

Cons

The absence of certain features like displaying employee annual entitlement on the dashboard, lack of direct export to payroll platforms, and absence of a mobile app for Synerion Agile are some reasons prompting us to switch to an online portal also the inability to bank lieu days is a drawback.
