“excellent service and support

Pros

The service quality is excellent, the support team was helpful and I'm extremely satisfied with the overall experience.

Cons

For many years I've used this excellent 1099 tax platform and while I expected consistent benefits from my paid annual membership, they billed me for a year and I didn't receive any real advantages. They even emailed a 20% off coupon but when I tried to redeem it I was told it had already expired. That feels like misleading advertising to me.

Pros

Since I had never filed it before, this program made the entire submission process extremely easy for me.

Cons

At first the software required some time for me to understand how it worked but after I learned its steps, using it became simple and smooth.

“Affordable alternative with full features

It delivers all the capabilities you'd expect from pricier options. I like that it has a cleaner interface and comes at a far more affordable price.

The online chat wasn't much help but in the end I worked out everything I needed because the software is quite convenient.

haven't experienced any real problems so far since I just started using the app and I'm planning to connect it to my QuickBooks, that could potentially cause a hiccup but I seriously doubt it will.
