As a supervisor, i feel like it offers detailed task and team management. Plus it even helps me stay on top of my own responsibilities.

I was stuck in trial mode so I could not explore the full range of features for bigger tasks or teams.

The dashboard is visually engaging and I love the fact that I get messages right away.

We'd love to see tasks or goals integrate with Microsoft Calendar like having the option for a task to automatically appear on the calendar.

I really like the integration with Outlook and how easily I could share work with my team.

Nothing major but I was not a fan of the limited reporting options. It'd be helpful to get a daily to do list emailed from the system.

One thing I liked a lot is how it tracked team tasks and targets while also providing space for feedback and one-on-ones. I must say it is a thoughtful app that cares about both results and individual team members.

I feel like a few areas could still be improved like navigating through subgoals and tasks. For example I cannot just click next to move to the next task in a goal but its nothing big

It brings everything together in one spot from reviews to surveys, goals, task management and recognition. Also it is the perfect tool for managers and remote teams to communicate, collaborate, work, learn and build culture together.

Cons

the recognition and goals sections could use a visual update as for now they look a bit outdated. It would also help if reward points could be linked directly to tangible rewards through a partner company, rather than making the employer figure it all out. But these are fairly minor issues.

I appreciatte how it integrates with MS Teams making it simple to track meetings, goals and team activities. The employee evaluation feature is also great for standardizing reviews.

Cons

One thing I would love to see better integration with Planner, so it's easier to connect tasks created during meetings with the right teams or project plans.

It is very simple to get hang of and since it fits right into Teams where I spend most of my time.

Even though it is designed as a Teams app, I feel like it would be great to have a desktop widget where I can keep my daily goals and tasks visible at all times.

One limitation I noticed is that when certain features are turned off, you cannot edit or add content which can feel restrictive if you need more flexibility.

I am really enjoying using this app. Once you go through the documentation everything is easy to use. The support team provides excellent feedback and guidance.

Reports are only available in the Pro version. If the tool is free for teams under 10 people, I think reporting should be included especially for startups.

interface is smooth and user-friendly. Their support team responds quickly to our help requests and has been proactive in guiding us through the adaptation and deployment process in our organization. Having a solution that works directly within MS Teams makes installation much more convenient.

Cons

The main drawback we've encountered is that our company has some unique requirements like employees reporting to multiple managers but I think this is more about how we're structured internally. Even so, I believe we can collaborate with the team to find workarounds for these challenges.
