“My daily command center!

Pros

I can access everything I need without hunting around and the interface is really easy on the eyes. Having everything centralized means I can handle both resource management and team communication in one spot. It's become part of my daily routine for tracking goals and staying organized.

Cons

I have not run into any major issues yet, everything's been running smoothly and working as expected.

I like how tasks and projects can be shared across all departments and it really helps with collaboration and keeping everyone on the same page.

Pros

I was totally a sticky note person before this but now I've switched over completely. Everything's right there when I need it and having my notes automatically appear in weekly meetings has been a total game changer.

Cons

When someone deletes a meeting, any notes I've taken during it just vanish completely. Would be great if those notes could automatically save to my private section or somewhere in Meeting Talking Points so I dont lose all that work.

I wish I had discovered this tool earlier! Honestly, I can't find any real issues with it so far & everything has been running smoothly for me.

Right now I'm happy with everything, though I'm sure I'll come across some bugs or inconsistencies eventually and hopefully the feedback process will be helpful when that happens.

It can feel a bit clunky sometimes and pages just stop loading without any warning or error messages, though a quick refresh usually fixes it.

I truly like the simple setup and all the different options it gives me for connecting with my team members.

The constant email notifications asking whether meetings are one-on-one sessions get pretty annoying after a while.

“Smooth but could sync better

Pros

It works smoothly with Microsoft, which means our team doesn't need to learn another platform from scratch. This really boosts adoption rates and gives us a much better shot at successful implementation.

I wish the Task module could sync with Microsoft To Do and those 1-on-1 reminders should be either email or Teams messages and getting both is just confusing. Would also love to see a dedicated mentorship module added.

I really love how both my superviser and I can upload talking points virtually. This way, we both get heard during our weekly 1:1 check-ins and stay focused on our most important agenda items without getting sidetracked.

No cons so far. My team members keep telling me how much they enjoy using it and find the interface really easy to use.

Working with my supervisor and teammates feels seamless using this platform! I really appreciate being able to recognize each other's work, jot down notes, monitor our goals and tasks and keep our one-on-one meetings well-documented and focused.

What I love most is how easily it integrates with Teams and pulls all our Office365 data and login info, no need to juggle another seperate platform or worry about managing additional systems.

Sometimes the loading speed can be frustrating & there are moments when it takes longer than expected to pull up information, which can slow down workflow when you're trying to access things quickly.

“Easy setup, powerful results

Pros

It was incredibly easy to implement and get running. They provided tons of support materials and even offered to train our team directly, though the interface was interactive enough that I handled the setup myself. I was able to create custom training that blended our company policies with the software's features perfectly. Our staff and management have really embraced the review process and it's made everything much more streamlined and efficient. The Recognition and Feedback features are fantastic because all that data gets automatically added to employee profiles, making review time so much easier.

Cons

While there's not much to complain about, occasional issues do pop up that need support or development fixes. Sometimes when development work is required, resolution can take longer than I'd prefer, though I understand the complexity of planning and scheduling software updates.

It keeps everyone engaged while they're already working in Microsoft Teams, no need to switch between different platforms or learn new interfaces.

The fact that you can only access it through Microsoft Teams might be a dealback for some users.

Their interface is very user-friendly and getting everything configured was easy so we had the whole team up and running within just a few hours. The design strikes the perfect balance between sleek and sophisticated, which really helps deliver top-notch results for our workflow. Getting everyone onboard was surprisingly quick and painless.

Right now I can't think of any downsides. The support team has been quick to resolve every issue I've brought up and I'm hoping we'll continue using this platform to help with our team initiatives going forward.

Pros

Taking notes for specific people has been very helpful in our busy environment. Being able to assign tasks to colleagues really streamlines communication too.

Cons

I really like the notes feature but it would be great if you could connect notes directly to tasks from within the notes section. Right now I have to keep switching between tabs to see which task a note belongs to which gets annoying.

“Convenient tool for my needs

Pros

The Microsoft Teams integration works easily and I really appreciate how the bot notifications keep me updated. What I find particularly convenient is the Outlook add-in, when feedback requests come through email, I can handle everything directly from my inbox without switching between applications.

Cons

It can be pretty confusing at first until you get the hang of it.
