UI feels really interactive and simple to use. Adding new topics and goals is also very easy and tracking my progress happens seamlessly. Those goal reminders are very helpful for staying on track.

Interface could be more handy for new users and I've noticed some minor performance hiccups during peak hours.

Love how easy this platform is to use. Sending out employee recognitions and conducting performance reviews feels effortless. This implementation has been exactly what we needed, no more juggling multiple third-party apps or dealing with countless browser windows since the integration works smoothly. We rely on it constantly for task assignment and what I love most is the built-in feedback system that activates when projects get completed. The goal-setting feature is fantastic too, letting team members track their progress throughout each project.

Cons

only downside right now is having to manually update goals but it's not really a big deal since it doesnt integrate with our billing system anyway to do it automatically.

Cons

Nothing major to complain about yet. The Microsoft Teams integration works well most of the time but there are occasional technical hiccups that can disrupt the smooth workflow between platforms. Even though the interface is pretty user-friendly, there's still a bit of a learning curve especially if your not used to performance management tools or working with Teams integration.

It would be nice if the system sent daily motivational quotes or positive messages through push notifications on weekdays to help start the morning with a good mindset.

I love how simple it makes organizing my work and keeping track of what I've already finished. Updating tasks is also very easy and being able to review completed items helps me stay on top of everything.

Teams integration works easily and I was able to customize it based on our previous review processes without any hassle. Our leadership team was really impressed with the platform, which made getting approval for implementation easy. Since everyone already knows Teams, training the staff took practically no effort at all. Whenever we've had questions or run into issues, TeamFlect's support team has been quick to help us out.

It works smoothly within Teams, no need to jump between different platforms. Navigation feels interactive and updating goals is very simple. Unlike other systems I've worked with that tend to be overly complicated, this one keeps things simple. The notification feature is also a nice touch that keeps me on track.

The integration with our Microsoft and Teams setup is fantastic and everyone at the company has really embraced it. I appreciate how well-designed yet adaptable it is - the meeting notes and task management features are particularly excellent. Support team is very responsive too. Installation was easy and connecting it to Active Directory couldn't have been simpler. Managing everything as an admin is so simple. The entire organization relies on this daily, it's become essential to our workflow.

Cons

I wouldn't say it's a major issue but the task template feature could really use some expansion especially for handling repetitive work more efficiently.

I like how customizable this is, turned off employee engagement and review features I didn't need right away. Tracking personal goals feels meaningful, especially when I can link specific tasks to them. Seeing company-wide goals that everyone can collaborate on is incredibly useful too. The fact that it's free for up to 10 users is perfect for our tiny team and even tinier budget for these tools. Fantastic value overall!

Cons

Setting up goals and assigning them can get pretty confusing at times. I appreciate having the option to quickly add myself to tasks but there are so many choices that it gets overwhelming. One particular setting creates individual goals for each person instead of a single team goal and I've accidentally clicked that more than once. When you mess this up with multiple people involved, fixing it becomes a real headache.

Its difficult to use when you first start using it. There are so many different components and ways to link tasks to goals that it's easy to get lost in all the options. Sometimes I find myself going down rabbit holes and getting confused about where I am in the system. I wish they would simplify the interface a bit and make it more aligned. One thing that really bothers me is how manual the goal updating process is and if you forget to update things manually, they just sit there unchanged. It would be great if there were email reminders or some kind of automated prompts to help keep everything current.
