“Integration with Microsoft Teams makes it convenient

Pros

Being able to use Teamflect with Microsoft Teams has been super convenient since I can get to all the tools I need without bouncing between apps, which really helps me work faster.

Cons

I've noticed that the default reporting tools don't really give me much value and the options for customizing reports are pretty limited. Exporting data for other reporting apps can also be a bit tricky which slows things down sometimes.

Pros

I find it helpful that I can save all my meeting notes and share them directly with the person involved without needing extra emails. Plus, being able to set and monitor goals in one place makes my work smoother.

Cons

Would have been better if I could move a topic from one meeting to another in case we don't get around to discuss it. Right now, I can add it to the entire series but thats different from just shifting it for one specific session.

There's so much available here and each feature genuinely supports some part of my job. It has helped me discover better approaches to handle tasks and improve how I manage them overall.

Cons

No complaints from my end. Most of the features on Teamflect actually help me out in several ways.

Pros

Having Teamflect pinned to both Outlook and Teams saves me time since I can quickly keep track of tasks and notes. Taking notes during meetings and assigning follow-ups right there has made things a lot more organized for me.

Cons

It would be great if I could create tasks that stay hidden until a specific date. For example, if I need to place an order for an event, I would like it saved in my tasks but not crowding my list weeks in advance. Being able to schedule when it shows up would really help.

I find it simple to handle and understand, and the customer support is so cooperative whenever we need help. It keeps everyone on the same page, from the team to management.

Cons

We haven't had any problems worth mentioning so far. The platform is simple enough to manage, and being able to figure things out on my own has been a huge plus for me.

Pros

Been using it to gather survey responses and complete review forms, and the process feels natural and convenient. What I like most is that it keeps my progress saved so I can return later and pick up right where I left off.

Cons

I see no real downsides to it. Although I wish I could upload images into my notes. The attachment option is there but it doesn't seem to function the way it should.

“Way ahead of the competitors!

Pros

Really appreciate how well it works with Teams. I can easily set goals and have reminders about their status. Also I can tag both dotted-line and direct managers so everyone stays informed. Connecting goals to Excel has been a game-changer for tracking productivity, and the One-on-One meeting layout makes managing notes, talking points and tasks much easier.

Cons

We're still trying out Teamflect with a smaller group before rolling it out to everyone so I don't have much negative feedback yet. The only thing that feels tricky is setting goals when they're hard to measure but still they deserve more focus than just marking them complete or incomplete. Would love the team to look into it.

One thing I really enjoy about Teamflect is how well it works with Microsoft Teams. Handling performance tasks feels quicker and more efficient since everything stays in one place.

For me, the biggest drawback is how much Teamflect relies on Microsoft Teams. If your company doesn't use Teams heavily, some features feel less useful or harder to make the most of.

The design and layout feel neat and logical, and syncing with Microsoft tools works nicely. I also like the career section since the prefilled competency elements are already organized and ready to use.

Cons

It would be much better if Teamflect could automatically sync with Power BI reports. Right now, there's no direct connection and having that integration would really add value.

It has made sharing feedback and giving recognition part of my regular workflow. I can easily exchange thoughts, track team progress and stay aligned without switching between apps. The built-in tips also make sure feedback stays clear and useful.

Cons

I feel like some tools are a bit restricted unless I customize them, and without regular reminders, it's easy to forget using certain parts altogether.

The ability to set personal and team goals gives me a sense of control. I can check in on everyone's progress, review performance and keep things moving without any confusion.

Whenever I update a sub-goal inside a main goal, I have to redo everything from the start just to make changes to other sub-goals which can get a bit tiring.

It has made it so much easier for me to follow KPIs across individuals, team and company levels. I can also set target dates effortlessly which helps keep us on track.

Cons

It'd be helpful if I got alerts when deadlines are close or overdue. Having an option to set reminders for due dates would make managing tasks much easier.

It's so helpful to have a single hub for recognition and goal-tracking. It keeps everyone aligned and makes it easy to celebrate wins

I have not come across anything I dislike so far. The only catch is that you really need everyone on the team using it to get the full benefit. It becomes so much more powerful when the whole team is engaged

There is not much flexibility when it comes to customizing templates or goal structures. Also the frequent reminders and alerts can feel overwhelming when you are juggling multiple goals or reviews.

It is a newer product, bugs pop up occasionally but that's okay because the support team is great. The user experience could use a little polishing, though some things are not totally user friendly. For example, I am still not entirely clear on how the feature 'focus people' works.
