Pros
Being able to use Teamflect with Microsoft Teams has been super convenient since I can get to all the tools I need without bouncing between apps, which really helps me work faster.
Cons
I've noticed that the default reporting tools don't really give me much value and the options for customizing reports are pretty limited. Exporting data for other reporting apps can also be a bit tricky which slows things down sometimes.

Cons

Having Teamflect pinned to both Outlook and Teams saves me time since I can quickly keep track of tasks and notes. Taking notes during meetings and assigning follow-ups right there has made things a lot more organized for me.
Cons
It would be great if I could create tasks that stay hidden until a specific date. For example, if I need to place an order for an event, I would like it saved in my tasks but not crowding my list weeks in advance. Being able to schedule when it shows up would really help.

Really appreciate how well it works with Teams. I can easily set goals and have reminders about their status. Also I can tag both dotted-line and direct managers so everyone stays informed. Connecting goals to Excel has been a game-changer for tracking productivity, and the One-on-One meeting layout makes managing notes, talking points and tasks much easier.
Cons
We're still trying out Teamflect with a smaller group before rolling it out to everyone so I don't have much negative feedback yet. The only thing that feels tricky is setting goals when they're hard to measure but still they deserve more focus than just marking them complete or incomplete. Would love the team to look into it.
