“great insights, frustrating pop-ups
Pros
It captures screenshots at random intervals and lets me manage them easily. The way it rates my activity during those periods gives me great insights into my productivity patterns.
Cons
Only real issue I've noticed is that the interface could use some polish and there are pop-ups that give you just a few seconds to click OK and if you miss them, you lose the last 10 minutes of work which can be very frustrating.

“game-changer for billing and visibility

I've been using this tool for over two years since our client required it for remote work tracking and there's definitely a lot to appreciate about it. The interface is really user-friendly and simple to set up. It tracks every single task with precise time logs and monitors all system activity, which gives you complete visibility into work patterns. The reporting feature is probably what I value most & it's essential for understanding team performance. You can see exactly how productive everyone is, track idle time versus active work and it even captures screenshots as proof of what was accomplished. From a billing standpoint, this has been a game-changer. Since we bill monthly, it ensures we capture every billable hour accurately instead of losing track of time that should be charged to clients.
Cons
Snooze time needs better configuration options and the default should be at least 15 minutes longer. The system doesn't account for thinking time very well. When I'm not actively typing, I have to keep moving my mouse around to show I'm working, which is annoying. There should be a "thinking mode" feature that I can activate when I need to brainstorm or plan and this should show up properly in the reports.
