precise time tracking for clients

Pros

I am an independent inside sales agent and this tool really helps me track my time precisely. When clients have multiple projects running, they can see exactly how much time I've spent on each one.

Cons

I haven't really found any major issues to complain about.

Reliable but misses idle times

Pros

I'm generally happy with how reliably this runs and it stays stable most of the time and does what I need it to.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't catch inactive periods automatically, so I end up having to add them by hand.

great insights, frustrating pop-ups

Pros

It captures screenshots at random intervals and lets me manage them easily. The way it rates my activity during those periods gives me great insights into my productivity patterns.

Cons

Only real issue I've noticed is that the interface could use some polish and there are pop-ups that give you just a few seconds to click OK and if you miss them, you lose the last 10 minutes of work which can be very frustrating.

Pros

Handy reminders

Pros

The break reminder feature is really handy and it automatically prompts me to restart the tracker when I come back, which saves me from forgetting and losing time entries.

Cons

App and website don't always sync up right away and there's usually a lag with the time tracking data.

Pros

The Web & App Usage ScreenCast Timeline feature is our main dashboard for productivity analysis. It helps identify low productivity periods and slack-offs.

Cons

We noticed no auto-detection report for abnormalities in keyboard and mouse activity allowing some employees to exploit this by placing a stopper on the arrow key.

flexible and perfectly customizable

Pros

This works for both large enterprises and smaller teams. Being able to customize each task and track exactly how much time I spend on different activities is fantastic. The flexibility to edit my time entries whenever needed gives me complete control over my tracking.

game-changer for billing and visibility

Pros

I've been using this tool for over two years since our client required it for remote work tracking and there's definitely a lot to appreciate about it. The interface is really user-friendly and simple to set up. It tracks every single task with precise time logs and monitors all system activity, which gives you complete visibility into work patterns. The reporting feature is probably what I value most & it's essential for understanding team performance. You can see exactly how productive everyone is, track idle time versus active work and it even captures screenshots as proof of what was accomplished. From a billing standpoint, this has been a game-changer. Since we bill monthly, it ensures we capture every billable hour accurately instead of losing track of time that should be charged to clients.

Cons

Snooze time needs better configuration options and the default should be at least 15 minutes longer. The system doesn't account for thinking time very well. When I'm not actively typing, I have to keep moving my mouse around to show I'm working, which is annoying. There should be a "thinking mode" feature that I can activate when I need to brainstorm or plan and this should show up properly in the reports.
